Spend the evening on the swing with a glass of wine and the shade of the pergola, or sit amongst the French farmhouse decor that will make your time tucked into Boise’s foothills feel like you’ve escaped to a European holiday. The covered patio also offers a great spot to unwind and create fun memories with your loved ones. An outdoor dining table with an umbrella will be perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spacious bedrooms on both the top floor and bottom floor ensure that everyone will receive a good night’s sleep, ready for tomorrow’s adventures. The primary bedroom on the first floor enjoys access to the patio, a walk-through en suite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Attached to the closet is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a sink. Please do not park in the street or block the neighbors driveways. There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway. There is no garage access or access to the pantry. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
