About this house rental

Nestled in Crystal River, this charming house for $549 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated canal front home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal. Crock pot, blender, coffee pot or K-cup, and Kitchen Aid mixer. The microwave is also an air fryer; Double oven; two refrigerators; and small ice maker. There is a split bedroom arrangement. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors leading to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. Enjoy cooling off in doors with the 70" TV or a game of billiards. Room for 4 vehicles to park in driveway or 2 cars and 1 truck/trailer. No parking in grass or street side. Eight person limit is strictly adhered to because the house is on septic tank (includes children). This large waterfront home is located on a deep canal with direct Gulf access. The dock provides fresh water to rinse your boat (no access to boat lift). The boat lift is owner-occupied, but there is ample space to tie-up your boat. No double mooring, please. The backyard has in-ground screened heated pool (*No Hot Tub). The lanai provides plenty of seating. Propane grill, 2 kayaks, and 2 bikes on site. Crystal River offers some of the best scalloping in Florida. The property is approximately 20 minutes from Kings Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat. You can catch fresh water bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, and the mullet hole is just around the corner. Within a short drive there are numerous restaurants, shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the nearby golf courses. Or, you can visit the small beach down Fort Island trail. ***Exterior live-time cameras only!

Spent Thanksgiving week here with family. Excellent dock space for our boat with direct access to Crystal River estuary fishing. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Super wide-screen TV for the football games. Host was super helpful and always answered messages promptly. Perfect stay!

Enjoyed staying at the house for an extended time. House has been remodeled and well cared for. The kitchen is fantastic with top grade appliances if you like to cook. Has a nice open layout from kitchen to family room to outside. Beautiful backyard on the water. Very comfortable place to relax and close to local activities in town. Easy water access at the dock for kayaking, boating or paddle board. There are abundant fish, turtles and crabs in the water at the dock.

This was our first time in Crystal River. And this rental did not disappoint! We were looking for a home away from home, and found it here. There was fresh fruit waiting for us upon arrival and it smelled like a tropical place. The pool was a relaxing area to hangout when we weren’t out on the boat and exploring the Springs. Above all the owners are very friendly and it was like we’d known the for years. Helpful to give us info. And responded in a timely manner. The bed was sooo comfortable, (better than my temperpedic)I would love to find a topper like that for mine. The decor was lovely and you can feel the love and effort that was put into the home. Everything you need, Sally had there.. extra towels, Ziploc bags, kitchen ware, sunscreen, floats for the pool. You name it there was extra there. Worth every penny and we will book again when we come back. Thank you Sally and husband for your hospitality! God Bless
