As our guest, we provide 2 passes allowing access to the community center amenities that include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, arcade and fitness center. We are conveniently located in Waterville Estates and within walking distance to the Community Center that boasts 4 pools (2 inside and 2 outside), 2 hot tubs, a private pond, tennis/pickleball/basketball/volleyball courts, playground, sauna, arcade, and a pond with a sandy beach that's great for paddle-boarding, fishing, and ice skating, food and beverage service (seasonally) and many family friendly events. Step right out the back gate to walk on the trail system within the development! The fun doesn't stop in the winter time - the Estates has its very own ski lodge and restaurant at the base of Campton Mountain. On weekends there is usually live music too! Or enjoy a day at one of the larger ski areas - we are just 10 minutes away from popular Waterville Valley and just 20 minutes to Loon Mtn or 30 min Cannon Mountain! The road and driveway are not paved but well maintained gravel/dirt, wide and flat. House comes with 2 Adult Guest passes and children under 7 are free. If your party is larger than this you will have to pay a small fee for each additional person if you want to use the community center. All children 7 and under are always free. The beach and playground are free for everyone to access. If you lose a pass their is a $25 fee for each pass lost. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED OVERNIGHT.
