Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali, and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Napili, this property is also just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features: • 2 BD / 2.5 BA (king- master, queen & twin- guest bedroom, living room sofa sleeper) • Air-conditioning • Oceanfront Views from 2 balconies – one off the living-room & one off the master • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Washer/Dryer • WIFI in the condo • Spacious with just over 1000 sq.ft of living space • Stairs/ Split level (Both bedrooms upstairs, kitchen & living room downstairs) • Half bathroom downstairs • Awning for the downstairs lanai • Sandy beach with easy access The main floor features a gourmet, fully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, state of the art appliances, utensils and a washer and dryer. The living room is tastefully appointed with just enough island effect, and includes a Flat Screen Smart HDTV and iPod dock. The open concept floor plan brings the breathtaking view inside. An electric retractable awning provides shade over the lanai, providing an 'outdoor room' comfortable throughout the day! Air Conditioning is installed throughout, with separate air controllers for each bedroom and the main floor. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Property Manager, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web! This resort’s prime location on the beach in Kahana is perfect. With no neighboring resorts, you truly have the ability to relax and unwind. Onsite amenities include free parking, swimming pool, beach and barbecue grills.
