Seabrook Island's Cobby Creek Cottage is the perfect getaway, offering peace and solitude, surrounded by live oaks draped with Spanish moss. It is central to all that Seabrook Island has to offer, and only a mile from the beach! Come, relax, and enjoy Seabrook's uncrowded beaches; take a morning stroll on the nature trail; kayak on the many creeks and waterways; or bike the quiet streets of the island. The Sleeping Loft has 4 built in galley-style twin beds. Each has their own USB charging ports, outlets, and drawers and cubbies for storage. The loft TV has an Amazon Fire Stick so your kids can pick up where they left off with their favorite shows. The loft offers games, books, and puzzles to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy some peace and quiet and relax with a book from the well-stocked library. Enjoy crabbing on one of the many creeks and waterways that run through the island. Marvel at the stunning sunset from the restaurant overlooking the ocean or Bohicket Marina while playing cornhole by the fire pit. If you want to explore a bit, Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina both offer shopping, dining and entertainment to complete your vacation. Freshfields Village has a grocery Store, Old fashioned Pharmacy, and lots of dining options to satisfy everyone's taste. Seabrook Island amenity cards give you access to the Beach Club pools, golf and dining. The Beach Club offers two pools, covered cabanas, access to the beach as well as towel service (seasonal), an air conditioned game room and boutique shopping. It is linked to your cc for charges incurred. The Lake House offers a walk-in outdoor pool, indoor pool and fitness center along with basketball courts, playground, fishing pond and walking trail. Other Seabrook Club amenities include two Championship golf courses, 15 Clay tennis courts, Equestrian Center and Children's Camp. *Note that the amenity card gives you access to the Seabrook Club and the opportunity to enjoy golf, tennis, camps, horseback riding, etc. at the member rate. These activities are not included with your stay.* ** A gate pass for one vehicle is covered by the $40 Property Fee. A second vehicle can be added for $40 at time of vehicle registration (max 2). We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Seabrook Island! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the bikes and the kids had so much fun in the upstairs loft area. The kitchen is small but was well stocked and we cooked almost every night. The location is perfect. It was very close to beach access, especially when riding bikes. And we went to Charleston one evening which was an easy drive. Scott was a great host and communicated often to check in and make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. Recommend this property and will keep it starred for future trips! Also, don't miss the dolphins at the north end of the beach, such an amazing experience.

Cute cottage, quiet location, easy access to the beach, loved the back patio! Difficulty finding the regular TV stations to watch college football. Could use some hangers, but everything else wonderful.

We enjoyed our time in Seabrook. The home was great for our family of 5. The home was clean, well stocked, and included all the extras we were looking for (bikes, games, etc). We would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay on Seabrook Island.

My family had a great time on Seabrook Island during our kids’ spring break. The house was perfect and in a great location - close to the beach, several restaurants and a nice grocery store. The neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful. We all enjoyed taking walks and runs on the tree canopied streets. The house was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also had enough seating in the common areas for us to all be together. Thanks for the hospitality!

A great cozy getaway for a cold weekend in January. Everything was exceptionally clean and just as described in the listing. We stay in warmer weather to enjoy the large screen porch with beautiful view.

Super cute neighborhood and home. The bikes were a fabulous amenity. However, the two televisions did not appear to work at all and there was no trash bag in the kitchen trash nor could we find one on property. Otherwise a good stay.

I have to start by saying that the owner Amy was extremely responsive and friendly. The house was clean and the entry process was seamless. This was our second time visiting Seabrook Island and it was a pleasurable one. Specific to the house, the upstairs area was perfect for our kidddos and they thought it was so cool to have a fun room to bunk together in. Though the common area of the house is on the small side, the screened black porch made up for the indoor living space allowing our family to relax together with plenty of seating while able to enjoy all the sounds of the outdoors. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The host went above and beyond with her communication and responsiveness. She provided an abundance of information on the area including recommendations of local sites. She was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had a minor issue upon check-in, and she communicated with us immediately to help. The property is well stocked with thoughtful touches like extra toiletries, and there are tons of games and books to keep everyone entertained. And it's so close to the beach! We had an awesome time and would definitely return to this property. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did think that it would be closer to the beach, however. Once we got the lay of the land, we were able to get to where we needed without trouble. We would recommend having beach towels in the cottage. We would have like one more bike. We had a family of five and there were four bikes. These are small issues. The size of the cottage was perfect, we had plenty of space and beds. We enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning. We would definitely return for another stay!
