A short 0.8 mile walk to 5 Points restaurants. Only 2 miles straight up Lumpkin Street to Sanford Stadium. Bedroom #2 is a good size room with full closet, full length mirror and fan. Bedroom #3 is the smallest of the bedrooms due to an enlarged closet for the laundry room but is comfortable and bright with a fan and storage. Tower fans in all three bedrooms + ceiling fans in downstairs BR #2 and #3. Luggage storage available in all rooms. Linens and towels provided. Kitchen: Full kitchen with all the things your home might have. Plenty of glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, and plates/bowls. Modern stainless steel appliances. Check-In / Check-Out: The only time the 4pm check-in time is applicable is when someone is checking out earlier that same day and we need time to clean and flip the house. Otherwise, you're encouraged to arrive as early as you can and begin enjoying yourself! Similarly, check-out can be flexible depending on next rental timing. Laundry: Full-size front-load washer and dryer with plenty of detergent. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. Keyless entry is provided so no keys to keep up with. Exterior cameras for security. Additional Notes: 1.) While this is a South Lumpkin address, the main entrance is in the rear off Old Princeton Rd. This is a much safer entry/exit and gives access to plenty of private parking space. Specific direction are provided prior to arrival.
