The owners work out of town and are home about half the month. One door connects the two units and has a chain lock, as well as bolt and handle lock for your comfort and security. Some noise transfer may occur, but quiet hours are respected. Owners will never park in driveway, do not use guest entrances/exists, and do not use any guest spaces.
