Getting Around: The house is 1 block away from the metro station! CANNOT be in a better location Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $50/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Pets Policy - max. of 2 pets per stay - weight should be 40lbs or below (combined) - additional fee of $75-300 depending on length of stay to be collected separately - Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiff/Mastiff, Bulldogs are unfortunately not allowed To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
