The quiet 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features: -Primary bedroom- featuring King Sleep Number bed for maximum comfort and full EnSuite -2nd bedroom- 1 queen bed with a dedicated workspace and private bathroom -3rd bedroom- 1 full bed with private bathroom -4th bedroom- 1 queen bed -There are 2 aerobeds (1 queen + 1 twin), as well as 2 couches, if additional sleeping space is needed -Playroom: the favorite entertainment space for kids featuring a craft table with 2 chairs and a sofa to take an afternoon nap. Stocked with crayons, markers, and paper for endless fun. -Sitting room with a 55 in Smart TV & 2 sided fireplace to enjoy a break from the main entertainment space. Enjoy a glass of wine, friendly conversation or a TV break. -Gas fireplace, 2 sided for maximum ambiance. Not in use. Amenities: -Just around the corner, our guests have access to the eclectic town of Del Ray, “Where Main Street Still Exists” filled with shops, Farmers Market, and a community filled with health conscious people. -Take a 10 minute drive to explore Old Town, Alexandria or take a quick metro ride to explore DC -Reagan National Airport is an 8 minute Uber ride away for easy access in and out of the city Included Features: High Speed Internet and Wifi Full Size Front Load Washer & Dryer Linens, Pillows and Towels Provided Fully Equipped Kitchen Coffee Maker & Espresso Maker for the fancy coffee drinkers :) with Introductory Supply of Coffee & Sugar and Complete Custom Tea Bar Dishwasher Dedicated Workspace What’s Nearby: This property is conveniently located with access to multiple forms of public transportation. Dash Bus: DASH is a local bus service that is free to riders. It travels all over Alexandria, but will not take you into DC. You can hop on the Dash Bus at the corner of our house, just a few feet from the front door. Metro: We are located about 2 miles from the Braddock St Metro Station. There is a bus stop at the corner of our street for the free Alexandria City bus (DASH) that runs directly to the metro stop. King Street Trolley: Though not accessible from the house, once you are on the historic King Street in Old Town, there's no easier, quicker way than the free King St Trolley to explore more than 200 shops, dining and attractions. The Trolley runs every 15 minutes between Alexandria City Hall/Market Square and the King St - Old Town Metrorail from 11 a.m to 11 p.m., seven days a week, including holidays. **Lyft and Uber rides are plentiful in this area District of Columbia - 5 minute drive/metro ride Del Ray - 5 minute walk Mt Vernon Trail - 10 minute drive - Enjoy the greenery on the walk/bike path that runs from Mt Vernon to DC Reagan National Airport - 8 minute drive Old Town, Alexandria - 10 minute drive Masonic Temple - 5 minute drive Traveler’s Advice: There are TONS of year-round activities to do. The Crestwood house was perfect for our family vacation! The home is well maintained and equipped with everything you may need. We had a group of six, and there was plenty of room with multiple gathering spaces including an area for the little ones. The location is great and we were able to get to most of the DC attractions and the airport within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is very nice and close to many restaurants and shops. The host is extremely responsive and the check-in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this home!
