Just across the river and adjacent to downtown Athens, this house was a perfect spot for a weekend at the Classic Center. The owner was very accessible.

The property was very clean, well equipped with necessities, and in a great locations to restaurants and stores. My family only stayed for one night, but was very impressed with the place. I would recommend to others.

Exactly as described! Communication was excellent and everything we needed was at the property. Location was convenient as well to downtown and stadium!!

Some of the best communication ever! My questions were answered in an hour or less. My family and I stayed for a UGA game day weekend. We arrived slightly before check in, but was able to drop our bags and park our car without issues after a quick response from Alexis. The walk to Sanford Stadium was about 20 min. Driving to downtown restaurants and shops was just about 5 min. The house was super cute! All was very clean. Beds were comfy. Entertainment in the garage was a great bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Athens!
