Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay. Camera 1 is located in the front facing the driveway Camera 2 is located in the back facing the pool Camera 3 is located in the back facing the tennis court Camera 4 is located on the side facing the road We also use noise monitoring devices to measure the decibel level, but these devices do not record any audio. Other Things to Note: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
