Every amenity possible was added for your enjoyment. The covered patio boasts a BBQ, Fire-Pit, sink, refrigerator and so much more. Relax and rejuvenate in the hot tub to start your day or end it .. it's there for your enjoyment. The two main floor bedrooms make this location an wonderful location for any groups where stairs are a challenge. The enormous living area and dining table offers a spacious setting for any group. Ascending upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, a work space, and additional media room with an enormous flat screen TV and cozy seating for your entire group to partake in any streaming experience you choose to enjoy. There is even a work desk if you absolutely must be productive during your stay but please note, while the technology is offered it is not supported in the moment if something is awry. There is no doubt, this incredible Willamette Valley home just moment away from downtown McMinnville offers most anything and every your group could desire. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ** Additional Information: There are various religious pieces throughout the home. Stayed for three nights with six quilting friends. House was large, very clean, lots of sleeping space and room to spread out. The hot tub was spotless! Kitchen was well supplied. Communication was good. We look forward to staying again!

The location was good for our stay. Safe neighborhood. Easy drive to Newberg where we were gathering to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Ruddick/Wood restaurant and a birthday.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Jade Retreat. Definitely more than what we had expected, too! Kitchen had everything we needed, along with every other room in the house. Perfect for kids, and family. Peaceful neighborhood. Back porch was perfect, we didnt get to use hot tub as much as we had hoped to, but it was also 5 stars. The master bedroom even had a heated floor. Very spacious, accommodations were superb. We had drove from Oklahoma, and we were far away from home, we felt very comfortable, happy and safe while staying in the Jade Retreat home, where some of the best memories of our lifes for each and every one of us were made. Thank you so much! We are so very grateful! We hope to be back again for future Family Getaway! P.S. Decorated so very lovely, also! I love the taste.. and I wonder if the owner might be a Leo! 😃

We were in town for my sister’s memorial service. A sister, two nieces with their husbands & my husband & I stayed in this lovely home. It was wonderful. There a few suggestions that I relayed to the owners when we checked out. We would definitely stay here again if we need lodging in McMinnville.

I loved this home! It was far more than we anticipated. Each room was perfectly appointed. The decorations were elegant but also livable. The bathrooms were all clean, well-equipped, and modern. The master bath was a surprise, with heated floors, a bidet, walk-in shower with built-in seats, and a bathroom fan timer. The great room downstairs and bonus room upstairs were perfect for family time and all the seating was very comfortable. The smoker and grill outside were unexpected perks. We didn't use the hot tub on this trip, but we will be sure to bring our bathing suits next time!
