Perfect for when you want to travel together but also need that space. FRONT UNIT: Has three bedrooms with a King bed and two queens. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa (updated Photos to come) BACK UNIT: Consists of two bedrooms which comes with a king bed and two queens as well as a twin that lays low to the ground(perfect for kids) the living room also has a large sofa that is very comfortable should you have a straggler come along. SIDE UNIT: One bedroom with a King and a twin trundle bed in the living room. Whole family friendly, including your furry friends. Enjoy the private pool and backyard with corn hole, an outdoor grill and beach chairs when you're ready to hit the sand! It's really an incredible space to have to yourself. Guest Access: This property is completely private to you and your family. With 8 parking spaces you can easily fit up to 16 cars tandem. The Neighborhood: This treasure of Fort Lauderdale is perfect if you want to be close to the tourists spots but just far enough to feel like a local. Take a 5-7 minute walk to the beach or hope in your car and drive 10 minutes to Lauderdale by the sea, 15 Minutes to Las Olas and 5 minutes to the busiest part of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Coral Ridge Mall is just a 5 minute drive where you will find Super Target, Publix, Home Goods, TJMax, Marshalls and more! Getting Around: I always suggest having a car in South Florida. Most things do need to be driven too. Or rent a golf cart if you want to live like a local! Other Things to Note: -Pool Heating $50 per day -No parties -No pets unless previously discussed -No smoking -No unregistered guests on the property -Exterior cameras are located at the main entrance facing the parking lot and side gate entrance. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED IN YOUR UNIT OR FACING INTO YOUR UNIT. We have multiple properties around Fort Lauderdale, please reach out if the dates are not available as we may have availability elsewhere. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
