Apartment 2.2: located on the second floor consists of a living room where there is a comfortable sofa and a dining area with an open kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and two rooms with a queen-size bed and a single bed each. There are two single sofa beds in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. Added amenities are a television, free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a toaster. * Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. The apartment is in the most prized location in Venice, just a short walk (two minutes on foot) from the renowned and prestigious Peggy Guggenheim Collection Museum, one of the most important museums in Italy for 20th-century European and American art. All around the apartment, you can find exclusive art galleries and various stores of all kinds. Five minutes from the Accademia bridge that connects the homonymous Sestriere to the San Marco bridge where you can visit the beautiful square and its Basilica as well as stroll through the calli and the renowned Calle XXII Marzo well known as the shopping street for its many high-fashion stores and prestigious jewelry stores. Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. Loved our stay here. They were very nice. There were nine of us. We asked to check in early but they could not accommodate due to other renters leaving and they needed the apartment cleaned. Completely understandable. Would stay here again 😊

We arrived to the apartment at 3pm as the room code is released at that time. Upon entering, everything seemed fine. We left our bags and went out to explore the city and upon returning at around 10pm, there were hundreds of ants all over one bedroom. There is a crack on the floor where two walls meet and you could see them coming in. We stuffed it with toilet paper and tried to kill as many as we could. When moving the bed, it clearly hadn't been cleaned as there were dust clumps and a sock. The hosts did not respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages or calls - we had to deal with VRBO support (still in progress). In the morning the host messaged that a cleaning lady would come. All they did was spray the room, leaving it full of fumes. VRBO connected me to the host “Fran”, & she basically told me that the only way they would compensate me was if I went back and found more ants. And told me that if I had wanted 24h service, I should have booked a hotel. (In response to why they didn’t contact us the night before.) Will NOT stay here again.

È un grande appartamento luminoso con nuove mobili. I letti sono molto comodo. La positizione vicino alla fermata Salute e perfetto. Purtroppo la porta del bagno non si puo chiudere, La maniglia non funziona

L'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito. Prezzi più che onesti. Unico aspetto negativo del soggiorno è la poca attenzione alla richiesta di poter anticipare di un paio di ore l'entrata in appartamento in quanto c'erano persone anziane e molto stanche per il viaggio e le camminate per raggiungere la casa. Ho telefonato/messaggiato tre volte e nel secondo messaggio mi è stato scritto che avrebbe provato a contattare la signora delle pulizie per iniziare dal nostro appartamento ma la signora non ha ricevuto comunicazione. Evidentemente l'intenzione era comunque di farci entrare alle 15.00. Lavoriamo anche noi e cerchiamo di rispettare gli orari ma ascoltiamo anche chi ha delle necessità anche importanti. Spero miglioriate questo aspetto perché per il resto siete ok.

Casa luminosa e ariosa, nel bellissimo sestriere di Dorsoduro, fuori dalla confusione dei turisti che affollano il centro. dotazioni della cucina : macchinetta del caffè e grattugia, dotazione dei bagni : porta carta igienica.

The bedrooms were big. The place is stark. Not even an Italian coffee maker. Only showers. No bath. they took the family room or saloto and converted it into another bedroom, so if the house were full and all 10 people had to sit in the kitchen it would be impossible to move or eat. Not a very functional space. Also, the agency was not good. We had arranged the rental in Jan 2020 for July 2020 and, obviously, we were not permitted to use the hotel. The agency refused to give us our money back and required that we use the voucher within one year. When it was time to use the voucher we no longer had 10 people coming, but interestingly they only had very expensive properties that we could stay at, including this one. Then there was a lot of paperwork to fill out by website ahead of time, which was difficult when traveling. Then, even though we did all the prep work that we were supposed to do, the email with the instructions for the apartment did not arrive till after our check in time. I spend a frantic afternoon trying to reach someone from the agency which took forever because some numbers on their information were wrong and some were just not answered. Not a nice start to vacation. I will never use this service again and I recommend that you do not either.
