Situated in Estero Island, this lovely house for $253 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This amazing duplex has been entirely renovated and is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and perfect for large or small gatherings. Great for a small family or extended families alike….Book one or both sides. Easy access for everyone….one level, no stairs to climb. Spacious , open floor plan, porcelain plank floors throughout, all new stainless steel appliances. Each unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Master has a king bed and second bedroom has two queen beds. One full bathroom with updated, granite walk-in shower. Every touch and amenity has been thought of to ensure you have the best vacation experience....ceiling fans, Reclining leather sofa and chair, Smart TVs, Granite counters, Dining area, Computer desk, Washer/Dryer, Extra large patio, Beautiful turf backyard with Basketball court, Putting green, and Cornhole. Outdoor hot/cold shower, Beach cart, Beach chairs and towels, and Free parking. Fort Myers Beach businesses are steadily reopening after Hurricane Ian so please contact us with any questions! Guests have access to the entire Unit, free parking, and large backyard with outside shower for cool rinses after a long day at the beach. 3054 Shellmound Blvd, STR 19-1258 A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.

Property was very nice and clean. Property owners were also easy to communicate with. Very close to beach. They need to have some cleaning products. Would have been nice to clean counters with something other than water.

My husband, 3 yr old and I stayed for 9 nights and felt that the property was good for easy beach access but lacking in home comforts. Suggestions to improve the experience: offer staples like cooking oil and garbage bags, provide regular size hand soap and dishwasher detergent instead of single use hotel sizes, add a few books and games, rethink the foam mattress toppers (my back is still killing me), and offer more flexible check-in. We arrived at 3:52 and had to stand around until 4 to enter the property, which was kinda lame. Good things - all the beach toys and chairs and wagon were great. The beach was just a couple minutes’ walk and I think it was the nicest stretch of beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants, playground, library, preserve boardwalk, and mound house. Tldr if you need a crash pad for beach time this place works great but not so much if you want a cozy home.

My group of 6 came down to Fort Myers for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us! It was so close to the beach and had several restaurants and bars within walking/ short uber distance. The house included beach items that we couldn’t fit on our flight, which was so helpful and saved us money. There is only one bathroom but the outdoor shower helped us all get ready quickly. The hosts were so helpful in their quick replies. As well, they allowed us have a early check in and a late checkout which took away a lot of stress during getting there and leaving. We would all stay again!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations. Thre property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach. Centrally located to Times Square of you want to visit but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The home was very clean. Amenities for the beach were wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the outside shower to rinse the sand!! Coral by the Sea has exceptional owners that went above and beyond at accommodating us. Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!!

Comfy beds, clean, spacious shower, well-stocked beach supplies including chairs, towels & cart. Close to awesome restaurant Junkanoo and beach access! We enjoyed our girls trip! Thank you for making it memorable & easy! We highly recommend Coral by the Sea!!!

This place will exceed your expectations. The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked for one or many; in my case a family of five with three children. Would definitely recommend and will be the first place I seek when traveling g back to fort Myers beach

Beautiful newly remodeled duplex has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ft. Myers Beach. Location is great - only a mile south of the busier Times Square area, there are several good restaurants only blocks away. Two block walk to the beach. Rental is spotless and has very comfortable beds, large open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen stocked with everything you need (plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cups, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc). Unit looks exactly like the pictures and is in a quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice large backyard with 8 person umbrella-covered table; beach chairs and beach cart and large storage box full of beach toys, shovels, pails, noodles, and boogie boards. Michael and Marie are extremely responsive to text or email if you have any questions. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you Michael and Marie for sharing your home - we had a great time!

Coral by the sea was the perfect beach house in a great location. Had everything you would need to go to the beach or just hangout!! Michael and Marie were always available if we had any questions!! We would definetly stay again!!
