Even Better than Advertised
The location of this condo is perfect. The beach provided all kinds of room for our almost 2 year old to run around. The place has been updated since the photos were taken with new flooring. It is an easy walk to a CVS which was convenient. Shops and restaurants are very close by. If you have kids like us, the unit has kids dinnerware (cups, bowls, plates, etc.) so you don't have to worry about breaking any dishes/glasses. We took advantage of the Chairs/umbrellas/cabanas rented on the beach so that we did not have to haul chairs and umbrellas back and forth. The pool was nice but we spent most of our time on the beach. The unit was perfect for our family of four and offers room for more. All of the instructions needed for access to the room, elevator, parking, etc. were thoroughly detailed in the pre-arrival information packet. A fantastic place and we would love to stay again.

Property was a very good location for a relaxing getaway!
Really good restaurants within walking distance. Great beach access! perfect view of the Gulf! Check before ya go with the construction around the area. There was a lot going on. No water for a day and pathways were blocked and very limited parking due to construction.

We were on a girls trip, the unit was extremely clean, had everything we needed, great location, all the toys you needed for beach, beds were crazy comfortable, tiki bar next door, umbrellas and chairs to rent if you didn’t want to take down to beach, plenty of towels, great water pressure in showers, pool was crazy clean, owners very responsive, we couldn’t have asked better vacation. Thank you!

The property at The Sandarac was clean and well maintained and the residents seemed friendly and welcoming for the most part. The condo was clean with a well appointed kitchen. We found everything that we could need for our week stay. Both bathrooms had been updated and the tiled showers were a big plus for us. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. A great selection of pillows as well. We spent most of our indoor time in the screened in area with the windows opened for that great breeze and the beach sounds. Very relaxing! The decor in this unit gives that welcoming beachy feel that we appreciate. Thanks so much for sharing your home and we hope to return soon.

When we checked in I needed to ask a question and I sent a text to the owner and she answered me right away. I was very happy about that. We will definitely be back. I did leave my personalized water bottle that I hope we can find a way to be returned to me.

Great location on the beach! Nice clean and spacious condo with basic kitchen items, towels and beach supplies. Lots of local restaurants and bars for food and drinks within walking distance. Owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Great work/school/cation
My teenage boys and I traveled to Florida but still had to virtually work and go to school. The condo was great as I could work in my bedroom, one kid could be in the den and the other could "be in school" on the porch - all of us with a lovely beach view. We could take breaks and walk right out onto the beach or down to the pool. We actually swam with a group of manatees right in front of our condo and had dolphin sightings every day! We really enjoyed parasailing - which we booked right in front of the condo on the beach. On our free days, we took a great excursion to the Everglades and the guide picked us up right at the condo. The condo was very clean and updated. It is also very secure and beautifully manicured. Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay
We had a great time at the condo. It is located right on the beach with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well equipped and cozy. The sunsets are gorgeous! We would love to come back here.

Gorgeous Condo with everything we needed!
We decided to stay at this property because our family was staying in a different unit. The condo was priced much higher than others around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The room came with pool toys, beach toys, floats, etc. so I feel like that made up for some of the cost since we didn’t have to purchase those things. I feel like we got our money worth with this condo! Thank you Tammy for an amazing week! We will rent again!

Sandarac Condo
Fantastic view of the the beach and Gulf. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Plenty to see and do. The Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay in March. Tammy was very nice and helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in a stress free vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing condo. Everything was perfect! We have 10 year old twins and we felt like home the moment that we walked in. As others have stated, this Condo has absolutely everything that you would need! It has all the comforts of home! When you have children you appreciate and notice all the details and the owner did an awesome job at that!! Just as simple as having awesome big beach towels is a plus! The condo is VERY clean, bright and fresh. You will NOT be disappointed! Do not pass this one by. You will have a pleasant experience from this sweet owner from beginning to end. No details left behind.. LOVED IT!! Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your Beach House. :)

Fantastic Week at Sandarac!
My family just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beautiful Gulf. We have two children (ages 10 and 7) and had everything we could possibly need or want here. The condo is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of linens, beach towels, chairs and toys. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The location and property to the beach were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed just being there and admiring the views. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating and always answered questions and made all information available in the time leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. We truly hated to leave the day that we did. We plan to return again someday soon!

Great Vacation Spot!
We loved our vacation in this condo. The condo is situated right on the beach, the views of the water and the sunsets were beautiful! The condo is exactly as you see in the pictures online. It was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms with roomy showers in both. Plenty of extra towels and beach towels. If you have kids, the owners provided lots of beach toys, even small coolers and beach chairs. In the kitchen there is everything you could possibly need to cook yourself a great meal. There is a small mall, Santini Plaza located almost across the street with plent of restaurants and places to shop. The marina located in back of the plaza if you want to book a guided kayaking trip if you like. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach

Perfect family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sandarac with our two children (ages 13 & 9). The condo itself is well stocked and very well maintained. There were brand new beds in the 2nd bedroom and a new King size bed in the master! The owners very thoughtfully keep beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. for you to enjoy during your stay. The location is perfect - right on the beach and close to everything you need. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but, close enough that you can easily get to all the restaurants, entertainment, etc. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We're hoping to go back again next year!

Great Condo Steps from Beach
My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival and we were immediately impressed. Probably one of the nicest and cleanest places we've ever stayed and it was right on the beach. Owners were very easy to work with and had good communication. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed as spelled out in it's listing. It's within minutes of a grocery store and Lovers Key State Park. The Times Square area is only a short driver or trolley ride north of the condo. If we ever travel to this area again we would definitely try to stay at this condo again!

We would recommend the rental to anyone. Super clean and very convenient to really anything you would like to see. Landscapong was beautiful and all of the people staying in the area and complex were super nice and very helpful. Great parking and the owners were very responsive to questions. We will rent the unit again!

Beautiful Condo - Very Clean - Well Stocked!
My wife and I, along with our 2 sons, age 4 and 6, rented the condo for a week before the kids returned to school. It was perfect. Upon arrival, you couldn't help but be impressed by how spotlessly clean it was. It was also nicely furnished and had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the Lanai off the living room. The Master Bedroom also had beautiful views.
The condo was one of the best stocked I have stayed in. Not only all the dishes, pots & pans, etc that you'd expect, but a well stocked spice cabinet, and lots of condiments in the fridge. But the best of all, was a huge basket of beach toys for the kids to use - which they loved! Also plenty of beach towels and chairs for the beach.
Lots of restaurants nearby and if you'd like to try some other beaches, Lovers Key is only 10 minutes away and is really nice. We also enjoyed some of the beaches on Sanibel Island about 30-40 minutes away.
We had a wonderful vacation with the kids and this condo was a great home away from home for us!

Awesome condo and terrific owners
Wow, we truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was everything we had expected and more. We have been to Fort Myers Beach many times and always admired the Sandarac condos. The owners were exceptional to work with and we were very confident that we would be satisfied with our stay and were not disappointed. The beach is awesome, restaurants are near by and who can complain about the weather. Ready to go back and I am sure we will rent again.

Great Vacation
We absolutely loved our stay @ the Sandarac! The room was super clean & had an amazing view off the balcony. The owners were very nice & easy to communicate with & everything couldn't have worked out any smoother. Also I would check out Barefoot beach! We went for the first time & only saw 2 other family's while we were there! Super secluded:)

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!
Oh my gosh, where do I begin. Well if you want a perfect place on the Ocean/Beach, this is it. It is clean, and decorated so cheerfully and beachy. Always so nice when you are getting away from a dreary winter!! I feel like the location is perfect. My sister and I stayed here and it was just awesome. It is so close to everything.
First about the Condo. As I said above, it is beautiful!! The beds are so comfortable and the couches are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever want or need to cook with. The bathrooms are gorgeous. My sister and I do an annual trip every year together and I can tell you we stay in some pretty swanky places. They have nothing on this place!!! The view from your Lanai takes your breath away! We saw Dolphins swimming by 3 different times! The pool at the complex is just the right size, with wonderful friendly folks all around. Very CLEAN!! If you don't want to go to the ocean, you can look at the ocean and swim in the pool!!
Next the location. Located at the more quiet end of the beach, it is in the perfect spot. The Trolley is right across the street so we were able to take that into the busier part of Ft. Myers Beach. The Pier, shopping, lunch at Nervous Nellie's and at Doc Ford's, and Parrot Bay...Yummy, yummy, yummy...So much fun!! We saw a man catch a shark at the Pier. Mind you it was only 8" long, but soooo exciting!! Pelican's are friendly and come right next to you on the pier. Next if you want to stay local to the condo, there is plenty to do. Within a short walking distance if you are up for some beachy fun, there is a GREAT Tiki bar right next door. It is owned by Pinchers and they have good drinks and great food. Ask for Bob!! He's been there for years and is a wonderful bartender! Next there are some smaller neighborhood type places across from the beach. We had a grouper sandwich at one of them that was to die for. The Castaway has music and dancing nearly every night. If you like shell collecting, or even if you don't, you will love this place!! Even in the busy time of the beach you can find shells!!! Go to Lovers Key which is right down the road and see a beautiful park with astounding fish, etc... and we found 18 sand dollars and shells that are something you would pay for!!!!
Lastly, I want to say to our hosts, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! After what seemed to be a never-ending winter, we had such a nice time!! Honest friendly and helpful!! thanks!

FANTASTIC PLACE!
This place was awesome to say the least. It had everything....location, view, across the street from trolley, etc. The condo was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could ever want to cook with; i.e. pans, utensils, etc. The bathrooms were all in tile and absolutely gorgeous. I personally loved the linai (florida room). You can open the doors all the way and use as an extra room and sit out overlooking the ocean, watching the dolphins play and having a cocktail. We felt like we were in heaven. You could walk to several stores, restaurant and even a Walgreens; and, the Tiki Bar at the Holiday Inn right next store was a lot of fun with a great vacation feel and good music. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with children or without. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Condo! I can't wait to go back!
My husband and I enjoyed a stay in this condo last July and loved everything about it! The condo itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The renovated bathrooms and kitchen were wonderful! The owners were very easy to work with and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of the condo was great too and provided a nice selection of restaurants and shopping nearby. Between the beach and the pool we were able to totally relax. It was a perfect trip! I enjoyed it so much that a girlfriend and I plan to go back this summer for a girls trip. I have no doubt that it will as wonderful as the first time.
