No matter what season, this home is the perfect place for your next vacation and we know you will want to come back year after year! As you enter the home through the two car garage, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming mud room that is perfect for storing your wet ski gear. From here a hallway with a pantry leads into the stunning kitchen complete with a wine fridge, and everything else you will need to cook your favorite meals. Here you will find the elegance of this bright and airy home as you look out of the large windows at Mt. Sunapee. Straight ahead is a large dining area, to the right, an enclosed porch with an electric fireplace and office, and back beyond the dining room is the wonderful living room with a stone gas fireplace and views out of every window. Through the hallway with a guest bathroom, you will arrive at the master bedroom complete with king bed, full bathroom and its own private entrance to the deck. Heading upstairs you will find a gorgeous loft with multiple seating areas and a TV area. At one end lies another master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, at the other, a double bedroom with children's play area. Back down the stairs to the lowest level, there is an additional living room, a second kitchen with sink and fridge, full bathroom, game room, and 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom with a twin bunk and twin bed, then another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Outside is a large porch with seating and dining areas and a gas stove for those perfect summer days. There is a nice yard out back for games, or for the children to play. All reservations cancelled by the guest up until 60 days before check in are subject to a $100 + 5% of reservation total cancellation fee due to Stripe payment processing fees. Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
