About this villa rental
Situated in Noord, this lovely villa for $597 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This villa is spacious and has beautiful outdoor space. The 3 bedrooms can easily sleep 8 guests without being overcrowded. Furthermore our bathrooms are modern and clean and have hot water. The whole villa is airconditioned so you can cool down on nice cold sheets at the end of a long day of fun in the sun. Let's start with the master bedroom. It has it's own private attached bathroom, is fully airconditioned, has a TV in the room and it also has TWO KING beds in there. The other two bedrooms each have a QUEEN bed and they have a shared bathroom. In total there is space for 8 guests, however we do have a crib available and can add one small guest. The comfy living room is a great place to relax and watch TV and there is an extra bathroom right by the living area. Terrace doors give you a nice view to the pool. In the open kitchen you can find anything you need to comfortably prepare meals at home for your family. We also have any needed appliance like a dishwasher, microwave, blender, new stove and oven, extractor, pots and pans, coffee maker and a tea maker. A large dining table is situated right next to the kitchen. From the kitchen, enter through terrace doors to a large patio where you will find another large dining table and lounge set, and to complete things, a great BBQ. The pool is gorgeous and the lights at night are very pretty. Here you can enjoy your delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset right from your patio. Around the pool we have great lounge chairs to enjoy and relax on, either in the sun or the shade. We even have a private little sandy beach area behind the house with a volleyball net and cabana, so you can pretend to have your own private beach. At night there is a small lighthouse illuminting this area which is really pretty. Did I already mention the great DECK on top of the patio? You will be able to see the whole coast and enjoy the sunset right in your own home. Furthermore we have beach chairs for you to bring to the beach, beach towels and a cooler. This will save you a bundle on chair rentals at the beach. Aruba's beaches are PUBLIC so you can use these beach chairs and sit on any hotel beach in Aruba. We value your safety so we have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and a safe to store your valuables. We also have WiFi, hot water, the whole property is fenced and we have place to park 3 cars on the car port. Did I already mention we even have a washer and dryer? We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies. We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions. However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.

Just got back from a week staying in Casa Mariposa. What a property. It had everything we needed. Communication was great and Daniel our check in concierge was very professional and polite. His recommendations were spot on.
Traveling with my parents (70s) and children (5 and 2) this was the perfect place. Plenty of space. Super clean. Private. Pool and patio are the best. Always felt super safe in the area. Separate rooms and bathrooms for all. Great location. Couple minutes from everywhere. Rented a car and saw so many nice beaches.
Would definitely rent again. Thanks to all involved. Well done with Casa Mariposa.

My husband and I have stayed in many private rentals over the years but this was our first visit to The Happy Island of Aruba.
We enjoyed every minute of our much needed vacation/Anniversary celebration. The Casa Mia is wonderful. Out of all the villas we've stayed in the Casa Mia is our favorite. The layout, floor plan worked great for us while enjoying the fabulous private pool. A favorite activity poolside and in the sandy backyard was watching the birds and wildlife. It was so peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was top notch for cooking and preparing our own breakfasts and snacks. The showers were great and we slept well on the Master mattress.
Check in was easy. Daniel was a wonderful host. He was prompt. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful with his suggestions and things to do during our stay. Casa Mia was so convenient and close to many of the beautiful beaches Aruba has to offer and we found Casa Mia to be a perfect location for dining, shopping and nightlife but quiet and away from all of that with just a short drive.
Our trip to Aruba was one of the best trips of our lifetime and we are so grateful we were able to stay in such a beautiful paradise called Casa Mia. It was like a postcard.

This was our first time staying in a house in Aruba. Since it was our first time in a house, we decided to test it out with a short 2-day stay. In hindsight we should have stayed at this home the entire week.
We searched through hundreds of properties to find the right balance of privacy, location, outdoor living space and amenities. We had very high expectations and this home exceeded all expectations.
The pool was large, very clean and the water was crystal clear. The palm trees around the pool area allowed us to lounge in shade during any part of day if desired or we could lounge directly in the sun.
The 2nd floor patio was incredible for unobstructed views of the sunsets and was also our exercise area under the stars in the early morning hours. The entire house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet during both the day and night.
My favorite aspect of the house is the expansive and unobstructed view from the pool and outdoor living areas while having total privacy.
Daniel’s Customer Service and response to inquiries was incredible before and during the visit. There was a lot of informative communication and reminders sent through e-mail in advance of the trip to assure we were fully prepared.

The home was as advertised, and beautiful! We stayed here with our three young adult sons and 100% had an amazing vacation. The home was beautiful and the outside space was absolutely perfect. Location was good, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants/shopping. Kitchen set up was perfect for preparing our fresh caught fish from our fishing charter! We explored the whole island and did so many fun activities! Windsurfing, SeaBob motorized ocean scooters, UTV tour, De Palm Island, sooo many beautiful beaches and snorkeling! Aruba Aloe tour was very interesting. Wonderful family vacation ! This home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy after our fun days exploring. The backyard views were just beautiful. If you look closely, there are hummingbirds feeding in the landscaping. Beautiful sunsets! It was everything we wished/needed it to be. 10/10 !!

The house and landscaping is beyond words. What a view of the beautiful landscape and gardens. We felt like island residents. So peaceful and relaxing. We traveled and visited a lot of Aruba's historical sights. Daniel was an excellent host. He was available for all our questions and gave a lot of suggestions. Thank you Daniel! See you next year.

Our family stayed here 10 days for my twin sister-in-law's birthday. We were met upon arrival by Daniel, the property manager who showed us the operation of the unit and gave us some excellent suggestions for grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. Aruba is not a big island and this place is located within easy driving distance of everything. We enjoyed the patio, private pool, kitchen and living room with our group of 5. The only negative thing that happened to us was the AC unit in the main area stopped working 2 days before our departure but this isn't the fault of the owner or property manager, just one of those things that happens. They responded within minutes and were there with a technician who had to take the motherboard back to his shop for repair. The cook top took a bit of figuring out. You have to have a pan on the burner in order to get it to work. Go to the Wacky Wahoo's for excellent fish, chicken and service. Overall a great stay and we look forward to our return to Aruba!

We searched long to find a home rental in Aruba for our two families traveling together. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 6-13. This house was a perfect set up for us. The pool area was phenomenal and the kids spent hours swimming. It was so easy to sit out on the patio couches and relax. The sunset view from the rooftop patio was unreal. The house was spotless and updated. We will definitely be back in the future at either this property or another of their properties. I had such a good experience from booking to check out with Jose and his team. We had zero issues and they were so responsive with any questions. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Our group of 4 loved this home. It was spotlessly clean with cozy beds and plenty of space for us to spread out and have privacy when we needed it. The pool was so nice to spend time around after a day at the beach and star gazing from the second floor patio was incredible. Daniel and Freya from the management company were always available and answered inquiries very timely. They also helped us with recommendations on things to do and places to eat and even helped arrange a private chef to cook dinner for us at the home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The warmth of Daniel’s welcome to the property was amazing and beyond words. They were accommodating to requests, offered recommendations and provided the best possible stay. I cannot recommend Casa Mariposa more. With its privacy and openness, you are going to enjoy your stay 100%. The pool and private beach all in line of sight from the outdoor table made it easy with my 3 year old for swimming and sand play. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

What a great house! We were here for a week with our grown children (6 adults - 3 couples) and the house was perfect. It was SO clean that everything inside looked brand new. Great space, privacy for everyone, and a wonderful kitchen. The best was the outdoor space though. It’s perfect for morning coffee, meals, and just hanging out. The geckos, lizards, and beautiful birds were an added bonus. I will so miss that view! The location could not be beat. We were close to everything and yet away from the craziness. A very private residence. Our hosts were very communicative and made the whole process quite easy. I would come back here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

If you are looking into renting this house, do not hesitate. From the first booking contact to check out, the Marin team was excellent. Their instructions and directions were on point and helpful. I didn't have to worry about anything. The house description was accurate and better in person. The sunset view from the deck on the roof was amazing every night and somethingto look forward to. Our party of 5 had plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished. All the essential items were stocked when we arrived which was nice. There were a few sand toys, pool toys, chairs and a cooler in the garage that we made use of. The AC in all the bedrooms worked well. We kept the kitchen AC turned up since we were gone most of the day, to save electricity.
The location was excellent. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 5 minutes from the hotel zone on Palm Beach. You were able to walk to the beach from the house but we never attempted it. The communication with the manager was great even though we didn't really need him, he was readily available. His suggestions were great for restaurants and groceries. We frequented both bakeries down the road for breakfast several mornings. We didn't cook any meals in the house but the kitchen was fully stocked and well organized. All in all, we had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return. Book now!!

Our stay at Casa Mariposa was all we hoped it would be and then some! The house itself was perfect with plenty of space and everything we needed (towels, cooking utensils, comfortable beds, etc.). We especially loved the location. We were able to snorkel every morning bright and early at Tres Trapis and then get a spot under shade at Arashi beach where we could do more of the same. The location (Opal) was perfect for accessing roads to anywhere on the island. Thank you to Daniel for his recommendations for food, snorkel gear, etc. We’ll be back as soon as we are able.

This vacation home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It is exactly as pictured. The house was meticulously clean. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Pool and backyard was perfect spot to relax. Rooftop was the perfect place to catch the sunset. We rented a car and everything was within 15 minute drive. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Our host, Daniel, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to travel to Aruba.
