No expense has been spared and the entire home has been completely remodeled in 2024. One Note: The 5th bedroom is accessed from the 2nd floor via a spiral staircase w/ a private deck. It's a third floor private suite, with it's own deck, but you have to go outside and up the spiral staircase to get there. We are three blocks from all of the best shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney Blvd. Enjoy the sunny beaches nearby and visit famous spots like Malibu, Santa Monica and Hollywood. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from LAX and central to all that Los Angeles and West LA have to offer. There's also a blue bus access on Lincoln Blvd. Easy access to freeways as well.
