Ayatia is located on the southern entrance to Beavers Bend State Park in the Southern Hills addition, near the new Choctaw Landing Casino and a short drive to all the fun things to see and do in Hochatown. Ayatia is also only a 3-minute drive to fishing in Broken Bow Lake, fly fishing in the Mt. Fork River or hiking in Beavers Bend State Park. Everyone will love this 1,700 square foot cabin - even the family dog is welcome to join in the fun at Ayatia. The front deck offers 2 seating areas - 1 with rocking chairs and the other features cushioned wicker seating for 5 people. You can enjoy a lively game of foosball, board games and puzzles in the game room. Or just relax in the living room, which features a comfortable (sofa bed) couch, love seat and two recliners in front of a romantic fireplace, where you can unplug from your other world with popcorn and a movie. Very nice cabin with plenty of room for a group of 7 (Adults & teens). Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. Gameroom was great for teens with different games as the Adults enjoyed the living room w/fireplace. Nice deck area and fire pit. Would stay again.

This house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our vacation. The hot tub was ready to dive in. They even provided the basics such as salt/pepper, hand soap and laundry detergent. Other VRBOs I have stayed at did not provide anything! Thank you!

Fabulous stay! The cabin was perfect for our family! We had fooseball tournament, enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet area! Very relaxing and super comfy beds! We spent a day at Broken Bow Lake which was great too! We hope to travel back again!

Overall we enjoyed our time there. Three of the 5 chairs around the fire pit in the back yard were wobbly. They need to be replaced soon. The recliner chairs in the living room need a good cleaning. They felt dusty. Everything else was awesome! My husband and grandson enjoyed the football table.

The cabin was great! Everything was clean and very well cared for (this has been an issue with other cabins we have rented in Broken Bow)! The company was very helpful and easy to deal with. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved having the bigger-sized bunk beds!

We so enjoyed the lovely fire pit. The weather was perfect! Our accommodations were exactly what we wished for to eat, enjoy spending time with friends, watch the Super Bowl, and jot about the area. We especially found it endearing that games were available from the game room for us to play in the evening too. Fun time!

The attention to detail displayed in this cabin is above and beyond. In addition to being beautiful and supremely clean, the decor added even more to our wonderful stay. The layout of the cabin made it really easy for adults and kids to enjoy ourselves. The kids LOVED the game room and had plenty of room to play outside. The fire pit at night is gorgeous. We look forward to coming back.

This was a beautiful cabin! We loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family get together. It was roomy and the beds were comfy. Very clean. Loved the hot tub and firepit area.

Siblings and spouses spent a peaceful week at the cabin. Fire pit was enjoyable at night. Cabin was easy access for disabled. Very clean. Lots of cooking supplies. Nearby fishing. Good restaurants in area. Very enjoyable. Would definitely return.

Siblings & spouses stayed 5 days. Cabin was easily accessible for those with climbing disabilities . Well stocked kitchen supplies. Beautiful rooms. Very nice, quiet area with gorgeous lakes nearby. My husband watched the squirrels play and saw a fox one morning while enjoying coffee on the deck. There were fans for each room, if needed. The beds are a bit tall for anyone 5' and below 😉.

Enjoyed the cabin and location, beds were comfortable and it has plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay. Only complaint I have is me and my friends enjoy playing pool and wanted a cabin with a pool table. The listing says there was one at this cabin but I didn’t see one in the listing pics so I emailed a question asking if there was, they responded with yes there is a pool table at the cabin, but when we arrived there in fact was not a pool table but there is a foosball table. We were disappointed that we had asked about that and was given incorrect information. Other than that we had no complaints.

Beautiful cabin, lots of space,great location . Kitchen had all the necessities. Enjoyed hot tub, game room was a plus ,fire pit , horseshoes . Only negative was hot water ran out very quick for showers and master bedroom was hot had to use box fan. Overall great experience definitely will stay here again.

Comfortable Cabin. Very clean and well stocked. King beds are a little high off the ground for short people, so bring a small step stool, lol.
