There is a carport however that will fit two cars undercover (space for three cars in total in the driveway). Bins will be taken out and brought back in by the neighbours - bin day is Weds night out for Thursday morning pickup. Guests are required to be indoors by 10pm, in accordance with council noise guidelines. We have many permanent resident neighbours and we need to be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum. You can obviously stay outside a bit longer if you read a book, have a quiet conversation with your partner, but no loud noise after 10pm - noise travels and we want to respect our neighbours and the quiet neighbourhood. Other rules: No parties or functions of any kind No loud music anytime of the day No bucks, hens & strictly no schoolies. Families and mature adults preferred.
