The living room offers ample open space for group gatherings, including a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the amenities are designed to cater to the most discerning chef. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE * POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $ 55/day. Must be informed 48 hours before the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently. POOL HEATING FYI: * The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. * It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set-up heating temperature. * The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. * The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. * On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll, and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. * No washcloths provided. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee of $45 that will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. The primary person will need to provide: • Their reservation information which shows: • The rental property address. • Check in and check out date. • Number of guests. • Identification that matches the reservation name. • License plate information for the primary vehicle. The resort will issue out a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry.
