It was great after I was switched to a condo.

You will enjoy your stay so much to do on site

The room and heated pool with the bar was very nice. It was cold when we visited so I didn’t make my way around to the little beach thing they have the only problem I had was the hot tub had not been cleaned. There was dirt in Hair, blonde and brown hair in the hot tub. Good thing I bring cleaner with me. I didn’t. All room service. As it was late when we arrived. I just cleaned out the tub so me and my husband could shower and go to sleep.

The hot tub wasn’t clean so that made me feel like the entire bathroom wasn’t cleaned since Covid I bring Lysol and cleaner and bleach just to freshen up the room and doorhandles to be a little safe. Good thing I have the bleach cleaner with me to clean the hot tub because it was very dirty and had blonde and brown hair Inside of it. Also, the hot tub button was pushed in and wouldn’t come on. I think they need to have somebody come behind the cleaners and check the rooms or something like that or maybe it was just our luck and the rooms are usually clean all the way like they’re supposed to be .

Not happy with our stay

there seemed to be lots of activities at the resort. I loved that they had pools open until midnight and a pool side bar.

The rooms were tidy but it didn't look like much deep cleaning was ever done. The carpets were stained and the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on.

The stay was excellent except for the beds not comfortable and microwave not working.

The twin beds were not comfortable to sleep in. The microwave stopped working

Everything was perfect! From the room / 6 pools / bars /restaurants/ everyone was so friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be back everytime I'm in Orlando !

I loved mostly everything ❤️. It was clean, and lots of things to do most in included and the ones that were not I consider affordable.

The one thing I did not like was the adventure park for the zipline said they close at 5:00 pm but they stopped excepting people at 4:30 pm or they only except a certain number of people and that was not told. Also, I went back through the next day, and it says they opened at 10:00 am, but it did not open. I went back at 12 p.m., and it still was not open..

The amount of pools was great. Something for everyone. The unit was spacious enough for all of us. We had ax2 bedroom villa for 5 adults. The location wasn't bad but I feel like you would need a rental car.

There were a few issues when we arrived (ice maker not working - smelled hot, toilet plugged up after first use) but everything was fixed right away

We liked everything about the resort especially the kitchen , washer and dryer was a bonus. The staff was also very friendly. Had many activities to do throughout the week.

The bath tub was too high for my grandma and it was dangerous. Apart from that the bus driver for the Magic Kingdom was late we were told to be there 10 minutes earlier and our bus was a 10:45 we arrived to the bus stop at 10:20. He didn't show up till 11:00 and it was freezing out side. Then the bus back was also later and didn't have the resort name on the bus. Would recommend to take your car.

That there was a lot to do on the property, and shuttle service was available throughout.

It's a cash free resort, but the laundry needed change, and I had to get it from the grocery store. You should be able to use a card for laundry if it's a cash free resort.

It was hard to get items brought to the room. 1 garbage bag for a week stay is no good. took 2 days to get a hair dryer that was listed as being in the room. The garbage bag also took a day to receive.

Quick getaway

I did like the amenities even tho we stayed for a weekend. There are a lot of individual pools for different age groups, but I do wish they weren't so apart from eachother. We only stayed at 1 pool and it gets quite busy there. Overall we had a great time.

I didn't like how pushy the concierge desk is about signing you up for the 90 minute resort preview. We checked in and where automatically told to go to the concierge desk so they can show us how to get to our room but instead it's all a setup; they only want to sign you up to receive a "gift" if you go to the 90 minute preview. It's all very enticing but trust me it's not worth the hassle. Our 90 mins turned into about 3 hours and no matter how many times I told them I wasn't interested, they still wanted me to wait so that they could come back and offer us an even better deal. But there's always a catch....remember that!

Overall, we were pleased with the condo.

There were 4 adults; the size of the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was good. The beds were comfortable. We loved the mini-golf course; we consider it the best mini-golf course we have played. The "front desk" ladies were great; they were always kind and helpful.

The master bedroom window was at the front porch. It was great to have black-out curtains in this bedroom. However, they do not go to the wall - thus, the porch light comes in all around the curtain; I did not need to turn a light on in the bedroom to see most things! This would not matter as much if the porch light was not on all night. The shades in the 2nd bedroom did a better job of keeping out light in that room.

Great location, Beautiful property, Guest Services and attention to room details ..below average.

We liked the location to Disney and Universal as well as the grocery stores. The free shuttle to the Parks, grocery stores and throughout the resort were a plus. There are a-lot of things to do at the resort that do not cost additional money, like mini golf. The many pools were a plus for the kids. The property was landscaped beautifully. The pools and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The guard at the front entrance was very helpful. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Our room had new appliances and some new furniture like the couch, but was otherwise dated. The rug pad was too 2-3inches too big for the rug which created a tripping hazard. The rugs were old and dirty looking. The unit lacked some basic cooking utensils, like a spatula and a frying pan. The master bath had a jacuzzi tub but also a shower, which made it difficult to step into and out of. The blinds in the second bedroom were torn and the bath tub/shower lever was missing a screw in the second bathroom, so it kept falling off. The unit only supplied one trash bag/trash container. We could never get anyone to answer the phone when we called so we always had to go to the office to speak with guest services and half the time the individuals could not answer our questions. I was told Buccaneer Bay was free, it is not. The front door to the unit had peeling paint and was rusted.

amazing place to stay for family’s

loved everything about the resort, the 3 bedroom house was amazing and had every amenity you could ask for. There is plenty to do right on the property including the pool and mini golf that my family loved.

The receptionist that checked us in did not seem friendly. Spoke fast with not a lot of explanation and would not smile.
