Centrally located! Heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and just 5 miles from the beach-side with plenty of waterfront dining and shopping. Downtown is only a bit over 1 mile away, a very walkable and happening area. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are just 3 minutes away. The house is nestled in a clean and safe residential neighborhood. The home features a large, open kitchen and a big-screen TV in the living room/kitchen/dining area. The wonderful, very private fenced-in backyard offers a pool, waterfall feature, and hot tub. The primary bathroom has a rainfall shower head and a soaking tub. There are three comfortable bedrooms, and we have extra twin folding beds/cots available. One of the bedrooms has a folding chair that opens up into a bed, and there is also a pack-n-play and crib. The local area offers plenty of activities, including air-boat gator rides, golf, pickle-ball courts, kayaking, hiking on historic jungle trails, surfing and surf school, skydiving, and a botanical garden. And of course, there are clean, sandy beaches nearby. Please note that any extra sleeper beds need to be confirmed at the time of booking or at least before check-in, so we can set them up in time.
