只住一晚作为周转还可以，方便整洁，但如果多住几天的舒适度不是很高。

位置很不错，大阪梅田出站步行十分钟就到，附近就是梅田商圈，吃饭逛街都方便。

（1）因为位置太靠近大阪站，火车的声音太大了，除了半夜12点到早上五六点能安静会儿，其余时间基本两三分钟就有列车过站的声音。（2）卫生间设施比较简陋，尤其是洗手台的设计非常不科学，根本没法洗脸。

各方面への駅からのアクセスが比較的便利

駅、飲食店へショッピングへのアクセスが比較的近く便利だった。チェックインの際、車イスへの対応、ユニバーサル仕様のお部屋へ変更して下さり、大変助かった。忘れ物への対応も素早く、親切な対応をしていただいた。

コインランドリー: 洗濯と乾燥が一体化したタイプのものが２台のみだったので、夜遅くまで2時間も待たなければならなかった。洗濯が必要な長期旅行をされる方にはおすすめできません。

梅田駅近くの快適な宿。

梅田駅に近く、食事やコンビニでの買い物が簡単だったこと。バスルームの設備も新しく、WiFiも遅くないこと。

典型的な日本のビジネスホテルで部屋はあまり広くなく、ホテル室内で仕事をするのは難しいです。窓はありますが、開けるとすぐ隣ビルで、陽の光はあまり入らない感じでした。

安心の滞在になりました

女性専用フロアが大変ありがたかったです。ウォーターサーバー利用時も安心して出歩けました。静かに落ち着いて過ごせました。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも大変助かりました。

浴槽の排水口が詰まっていたことだけ残念でした

料金の割に部屋が狭い，部屋が匂う，インターネットには接続できるがメールが使えない（メールサーバーから接続拒否されていると思われる）。

Good location at a good value. Very comfortable and I enjoyed the lounge on my floor.

Breakfast was terrible. Even though I had paid for it I didn’t eat there again after the first day. You only get two pre made meal set options.

Very good hotel to stay

The reception staff is nice, polite and efficient. The location is within walking distance to the Umeda station and Osaka main station. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Room is a bit small but clean and tidy.

Pleasant

Nice location with lots of restaurants and bars around, between two stations in the city center of Osaka. A standard business hotel.

The room was small, almost impossible to open the suitcase. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. The walk from Umeda station was a little long with a heavy suitcase.

very good

just went here with my best friend for two nights, the hotel is a business hotel with basic rooms but with all the necessities available. Very clean and beds really comfortable. this is a very good hotel if you are looking for a normal stay, position is excellent.

if you are a very light sleeper, please note that the hotel rooms are on the train lines but the room is sound proof. if you have a lot of problems sleeping and need maximum silence then I wouldn’t recommend this place, otherwise it’s fine

nice hotel to familly (larger room than japan standard)

strategic location from osaka station, umeda station, and airport limousine bus (new hankyu hotel) but if you are first time in osaka station is very confusing to find the way to the hotel, near the hotel many restaurants and shopping area, also very close to blue bottle coffee (open in the morning)

The room was a bit small, not enough space to lay down 2 luggages at the same time.

Dust vs convenience

Definitely the ladies floor was a plus. One of the key reason why i choose this hotel is the short walk to the airport limo bus stop to get to the airport. As this was my final leg of the trip and my luggages will be very heavy.

Initially, i thought the room was dusty could be due to the room was left vacant however, with the daily cleaning request, the room (mainly toilet area) was dusty. The wall of the toilet, the tissue box all were dusty throughout during my one week stay. The cleaner also do not wash the cups for you. As there are only 2 lifts in this hotel, the wait can be long.
