N'hésitez plus, réservez !

La sympathie et l'accueil du patron, la magnifique salle de bain, le cadre, la tranquillité des lieux. Le petit-déjeuner servi par Joannis qui est aux petits soins. Le petit plus : les boissons offertes du minibar. On sent vraiment que Ioannis fait son maximum pour notre bien-être

Very nice traditional Greek hotel for a short stay to visit Balos and Falassarna beaches

Nice location close to the Balos and Falassarna beaches Vicinity of good restaurants Surrounded by a beautiful nature Very friendly and helpful host

It is a good option for a short stay as the room is nice but quite small. Also the bed could be a bit bigger and softer but again for our 3-nights stay it was okay 👍

Spacious, quiet room with modern bath in large traditional mansion with beautiful bay views.

With just five rooms the hotel provides a large private home like environment yet with plenty of privacy. Room balconies offer sweeping views of Gramvoussa Bay and are a few minutes walk from excellent traditional restaurants. Falasarna beach, rated one of the two most beautiful in Crete, is a 20 minute drive away.

Beautiful calm place close to many really good retaurants

Located in the beautiful village of Kaliviani on the road to breathtaking Balos bay. Amazing view! Beach can be reached on foot in 20 to 25 minutes. Several really good restaurants in the village. Perfect location for trips in the South West of the island when you have a car. Also really nice spot fo a hike to Balos bay or Falasarna beach. Ioannis is a perfect host and i really eager to help in case you have some questions. Bed was perfect and place was really calm and quiet during the night. Will definitly come back!

The location: Close proximity to Kissamos town, Balos, and Phalasarna beaches. Not that far away from Chania town or Elafonisi beach as well. The room: It was cleaned every day. Spacious room with new/modern furniture and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beautiful view over the Kissamos Gulf. The staff: Ioannis is a really nice guy. He was always friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay very much so we would merely suggest maybe installing more shelves/ drawers to provide enough storage space and perhaps making the door a bit more soundproof to insulate the noise from the corridor.

A good starting point for some days to visit west Crete by car Nice appartment, beautiful bathroom, van and air condition, balcony 3 Restaurants and 2 taverns in less than 5min walk distance Kaliviani beach is really beautiful. Nice stoney beach, perfect water, no one around but also no taverne, dont forget a sun protection The way to the beach is not that beautiful but ok

no covered terrace for breakfast outside we missed a small bar, not served with tally, in the breakfastroom to sit outside and talk with other guests

Modern amenities while preserving traditional look and feel, very comfortable room, great location to discover iconic beaches of the west of Crete - Balos and Elafonisis (must do both), 100m from several great restaurants but far enough for peace and quiet, great host and owner Ioannis, speaks wonderful English and serves the best breakfast! totally worth it!

only at the departure we discovered several pillows we had in the room had different “softness” while they looked similar :/ and we were looking for softer pillows 😆

The location in a very small village. Good for walking and 2 of Crete best beaches. You have to drive to them. You need a card for this area. The owner, Ioannis, was charming and a good communicator. Rooms comfy and had a sea view. The breakfast very good.

Everything was simply great! The rooms are well equipped and clean, bed is comfy, the service is beyond expectations! And the location is just ideal if you are looking for a relaxing stay after the long day in Balos. The view from the balcony, the fan, compy beds, great location.

I would have loved to have a tent on the balcony as it was too hot and sunny in the morning having our coffee there. Having water glasses in the room would have been useful.

It was a great stay in Kaliviani to see the Balos and go to Falasarna.

The location is perfect if you want to go to the Balos Lagoon or Falasarna beach. The hotel is located in a small, lovely and quiet village and very close to a great restaurant - Gramboussa (only 150 m away). Ioannis is the perfect host, very helpful and kind. He take care on our requests, gave us good tips and made our stay pleasant. The breakfast was tasty, fresh and made by good products and with an attantion. Fresh fruits and orange juice, eggs and goat yogurt with local honey. We loved spending mornings (wonderful sunrise) and evenings on the balcony with a beautiful view on the village and sea. The room was large and clean, the bathroom was clean and modern and the bed was double and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and we will come back there in the future!

In the hotel everything was perfect! That what you need is a car to get there, because there is no bus here.

Enjoy Kreta village

Perfect place to visit by car from there: Balos, Falasarna and Elafonissi beaches. Walking distance to good restaurants. Ioannis as host shares some useful local guidance and pays attention to our satisfaction. Great large room, hard enough mattress in bed.

Worth visit when going to Balos beach

Perfect location for those who are heading to Balos, cause it is less than 10 km away. The hotel is new, fresh and precisely clean. We also had tasty breakfast in the morning. The owner is very helpful and friendly, he also recommended a Gramvoussa restaurant which is near and definately worth a visit!

The AC is little bit too noisy, but everything else was good!
