The location, the spotless cleanliness of the rooms.
The plumbing could be much better. The shower head would not slide on the rail. Since it had been fixed at a low height I had to crouch under it. The single lever controller of water flow and temperature was quite sticky. Hence difficult to control. The hotel management needs to service the plumbing more often to ensure effortless movement.

The Louis Hotel is in the best location in München. Exiting the from door drops you directly into Viktualienmarkt and the back exit drops you right into Marienplatz. The rooms are spacious, super clean, quiet and modern. They even filled the room refrigerator with soft drinks, beer and cream for your coffee and brought us fresh fruit and snacks. All for free. The staff is very friendly and efficient and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and more. They offered to make travel arrangements and give suggestions on what to do and see without us lifting a finger. For the price, it would be difficult to find a better place to stay in München. I hope they have rooms available for our next visit.
It is impossible to find anything not to like about Louis Hotel.

We liked the location, the boutique style
There are no drawers in the room, just an odd pull out cupboard.
The breakfast at 37 euros per head is expensive

This hotel is right in the centre of Munich. it offers so much and yet it's cheaper than the average 5 star hotel in Munich. The staff were amazing and friendly. The restaurant surpassed our expectations. This will be our new accommodation whenever we are in Munich.
The gym is very small. But they supply a pilates mat in the room so that would make up for it.

The streem in the shower.... Not strong enough. The aircon not hot enough for extremely cold weather.

We love the Louis Hotel! Clean, convenient and well-appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help at every turn! This was our second time to stay at this wonderful hotel and we loved our stay just as much the second stay as we did the first time!

This hotel is an absolute gem in an amazing location, right in the heart of Munich. The staff are super welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, very quiet, with comfortable beds (and a selection of pillows!), plus they are well equipped and decorated very nicely. As you can tell from this glowing review, we were very pleasantly surprised, had a wonderful stay, and will definitely choose the Louis Hotel for our next visit to Munich.

Probably the only negative was a lack of shower caps or toiletries in the bathrooms - not a big deal at all!!
