Beautiful house in a beautiful area. Would love to stay here again next time I'm in Halls Gap.

The house is beautiful, surrounded by native trees and with a view up to the Grampians. The architecture of the place is lovely, with lots of natural light, high ceilings and space. The wood fire makes for a very cozy space to read. All the facilities were great, kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc.

Beautiful location. Beautiful house.

Beautiful, well designed house. The high ceilings with the strip windows at the top of the walls let in lots of light and framed the gum trees and mountain beautifully. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture. Short drive to shop and restaurants. Close the Grampians walks.

Will need maintenance on some doors and the spar in near future. Third bedroom is fine but smallish and accessed from outside.

Comfortable and stylish property located in beautiful surroundings

Location was great, close to the centre of Halls Gap and beautiful surroundings. We had some visitors hopping around the be yard s f a couple of cheeky feathered ones trying to steal food.

One bathroom in the main house for 8 people wasn’t ideal. Bathroom needs a bath mat when after shower/bath - wet tiles were slippery and dangerous

Exceptional

Absolutely everything about Lakuna was outstanding. Helpful service. I would love to stay at least 2 weeks. Great spot to recharge.

We really loved it & hope to go back with more of our family next time.

There was no breakfast. Key lock was hard to open & harder to lock keys back in when we left as there was no hook for the keys & I didn't want to break anything so I was being very careful.

We didn't have a fire but there weren't enough supplies to start one if we did want to & there was a bit of a mess around the hearth which I cleaned up to just make the place nicer for us & I didn't want to leave it that way either. .

A positive experience with some shortcomings.

Heavy front wooden door. A door latch would have been helpful/inexpensive. No railing on part of the terrace. Dangerous in certain conditions. Two levels and separate entrance for third bedroom.

Good location. Cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Breakfast was not included

House and appliances were dirty. Shower in the downstairs room wasn’t cleaned.

It was wonderful having the opportunity to get away.

The location was great. Enjoyed the wood supplies and the BBQ facilities. I was surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was.

We used the third bedroom under the house. It had a musty smell so it could have been aired on our arrival, but it wasnt too bad. The soak dispenser in the bathroom was broken. I didnt receive the separate email with regard to the code for the key, Janet was very friendly on the phone to help me out.

great. peaceful and quiet

great amenities. they even had a rice cooker. wished we had known all the available appliance bf.... we would have brought Rice.. Loved the fireplace, the warm showers.

the dining room chairs were a bit flimsy.... we were worried that it was going to break. Maybe needs to have a few screws to strenghen them

An all-round fabulous weekend retreat - highly recommend!

Fantastic location, wonderful outlook, close to town, well equipped kitchen, fire wood provided, terrific flora & fauna including the birdlife (white cockatoos & rosella's applenty, plus kangaroos nearby), good bathrooms and large bath, kanara fireplace inside and outside deck / area for outdoor fire pit, easy access, modern but in keeping with the country style of the area, good internet with Smart TV, good amenity to local restaurants, bakery, Halls Gap General Store nearby, walks in the Grampians...

Nice property , would stay there again and overall good experience.

Great location. Nice size, clean and tidy. The wood heater was great during the evenings and the outdoor fire pit was nice too. Kitchen amenities were perfect for what we required.

I found the place dusty, for the price we paid would expect thorough cleanliness, there were bugs in the corners of the rooms and skirtings. The outdoor bins were full when we arrived and the rubbish we collected during the week had to be stored inside as the birds kept accessing the bins and our rubbish. Chairs outside the campfire were broken. No spare rubbish liners provided. Wifi wasn’t very good kept dropping out. Txt messaged the property manager about the rubbish issue and never got a reply. Bedding not good and mattresses need replacing.

Overall beautiful place to stay for a relaxing break.

We loved the location, the views and wildlife were amazing.

The hot water kept running out after 5 mins...hence nobody could use the spa as their wasnt enough hot water to fill it.The host wasnt very helpful in fixing the issue and just told us to let it heat up overnight.
