Disappointed

The location only

Was told it was a river or a sea view. I emailed and called twice leading up to our stay to ask which one it was and to request a sea view was told oh we don’t know until closer to the date. Arrived and we are on the 6th floor With neither a sea or a river view. We had a tiny glimpse of a small section of the ocean in the distance. We over looked a common area where people could see straight into our room. Second room in the accommodation had no window and no PowerPoints. Had a bed in it which half blocked access to the joint bathroom. Air conditioning seemed to be working at half strength and awoke every morning to a very hot Room.

Awesome facilities and location

Excellent facilities with multiple pools and a gym. Beautiful view and great location.

There is a lot of noise Friday and Saturday nights which goes until 2-3 in the morning. We were so exhausted from our days it didn't bother us.

Location is the best

That it was right in the main strip of Surfers, location location location

Only 1 key & fob, no clothes horse(I bought 1 & left behind), vacuum was full, had no house cleaning for the 2 weeks, cook top burner didn’t work

Disappointed

Location was way above average.

It was dirty, carpets were dirty/ stained, ranch sliders when opened at the bottom were very, dusty lots of cobwebs and lack of bathroom amenities, one hand towel 3 adult's. Sorry you asked.

Passable

Someone had taken our designated carpark and when we called to find out what we could do (alternate park etc) the lady on the after hours number just said it wasn't her problem and hung up.

Id book through a different company next time

The location was wonderful.

It was a pain to collect keys from a different location and have to return them there. The instructions to the parking spot where wrong - the labels are P not B, then our spot had a no parking sign on it which was confusing. The place had not been cleaned since the previous people, there were cup ring marks on the tables, hair in the showers and behind doors, finger prints on door handles, extremely dusty, the kitchen floor was filthy. No face washes were provided. We were asked to wipe surfaces before we left but nothing was provided for this, I hate to think what people use. We purchased cleaning products. There was no tea or coffee and only 1 tiny milk. The fridge was dirty and had not been wiped out. The booking was for 5 people!

Great view, great location, ample resourcing, easy to follow check in instructions and easy check in check out process.

Amazing view. Clean with all resources needed for eating in such as pots and pans and plates and cutlery etc.

Could hear everything coming from the neighbouring apartment, not very soundproof at all. Even normal inside voice conversations sounded like they were in our room instead of theirs.

Be cautious of coastal letting group.

view and location were great.

the chair in the bedroom had a short leg, when you sat on it it tipped you off. Be very cautious of renting through coastal letting co, what they don’t tell you is on top of the room charge, you will need to pick the keys up off premises, they will then hold a $300 security for the keys and tell you it will be returned to you after someone checks the room for cleanliness…. 10 business days later, they still have your money and tell you that those are the rules. it takes 10 seconds to take your money, 10 business days to return it. not happy Jan

Location was great, parking was free but a mission to locate said park, lifts were slow, room was great size, carpet was extremely stained, but overall was good place I’d stay there again

The room was beautiful but needs things done to maintain it

Location was good

Many things didn’t work properly like the roller blinds so being on water side the sun heated the room a lot and couldn’t sleep in because it was too bright.. also not enough spare pillows and blankets and blankets on beds weren’t warm at all and were really thin.. more like a bed cover I guess .. the room was also dusty and could have used a wipe down and there was old food in the fridge.

Location was great.

Bed in main bedroom had a broken leg making it lopsided. LIights in the bathroom were not working. Washing machine didn't spin clothes and clothes dryer wasn't working. I notified the letting agent regarding the lights and laundry. They sent someone to look at them. One light was fixed but the other still didn't work and the washing machine and dryer were still not working. General cleanliness of the whole apartment was below standard.

it was an amazing experience

the location and size of apartment was fantastic. very close to everything

the bowls and cutlery were not clean at all, scuff marks on walls, water dripping onto walls from aircon, cracks in tiles in kitchen, carpet not fitted well, wasn’t cleaned very well before our arrival e.g dirt and rubbish under couch cushions and under couch

Unsatisfied with room cleaniness and with the services.

We were only satisfied by the location.

Our room was in 17th floor, room N 1174. The room maintenance was extremely bad condition. The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. The second room was full of gnats and hair.

Very disappointed.

Location was very good, Close proximity to everything with public transport nearby.

The unit was filthy, pool out of order, there was also a really bad smell coming from the sink in bathroom and kitchen. Contacted the office on the first day and included photos of the filthy floors etc and were told that someone would get back to us soon. Never heard from them again.. Considering the amount we paid we at least expected it to be at least the same standard that the photos on the website.

apartment was spacious.

main pool was closed for maintenance the entire time I was there and I was not pre-advised about this.

Nice location, however won’t be returning.

great central location. we were able to walk everywhere. the room was clean and we enjoyed the spa bath.

about 6 down lights didn’t work, two of them being in the bedroom, so we had no light in there. The couch was old and lumpy, and sinking in the middle (definitely time for a new couch) and the bed was very firm. I’ve definitely stayed in nicer places for what we paid, and probably won’t be back again. We still had a nice time, but it was disappointing.
