Nicely appointed and decorated, great location, clean, great linen, very friendly helpful staff
Very thin walls and ceilings, poor internal noise insulation. Apartment was smaller than I expected from the photographs - my mistake - check the size meets your expectation!

Decor, location, price
Terrible soundproofing as noise from above sounded like a herd of cattle. Poor communication had to eventually call them for entry code to the apartment losing valuable holiday time and anxiety raising.

Location. Big bathroom. Clean. TV. Well decorated
Check-in is not till 4 pm, but check-out is at 11 a.m., so you're essentially being charged for a day when you actually lose 5 hours.
The coffee machine was leaking water. The fridge was quite noisy. The ceiling was quite thin, so you could hear everything happening upstairs.

The location is convenient, near restaurants, cafes, and walking distance from the Cathedral. The facilities are good value for money, very clean and super cute!
There is a machine for checkin at the entrance that doesn't work, however, getting the key was quickly fixed.
If you have big luggage, (a 23kg suitcase for example) it will not fit in the lockers.(in case you arrive early and need to leave your luggage prior to check in).

Gorgeous room in fabulous location. Was really easy to get everywhere in the city, and nip back for things if necessary.
Received a ridiculous amount of messages and calls and missed calls from the host about how to gain access. This may be okay if you are just staying in one location. However, when doing the Camino, you end up staying in a different property each night and then getting a huge amount of messages from different people, so it's not possible to track them all until the point of arrival. The host should just put the instructions clearly into the booking.com app so that they can be checked on arrival. Trying to figure out which voicemail, which whatsapp, which email, and which booking.com messages needed to be followed in what order was very tricky. The host also wanted me to do online check-in for both me and my husband in advance, and electronically sign a document in Spanish, which is a total pain when you have no access to a computer and don't speak Spanish, so refused to sign a document in Spanish and wasn't offered an English alternative. Out of the 27 locations I stayed in, this was the only one I had a problem accessing. So I started my time there in a bad mood. But the room is actually gorgeous, and the location is perfect, so I would go through the pain again just to stay there, and overall I would totally recommend it (but wanted to pass that important feedback to the owner).

Excellent location, easy to get around the old town.
The room was large, had a cooker, fridge and sink, tv and air con.
Spoke to the staff via WhatsApp who allowed me to check in a little early, which was very helpful and much appreciated.
Beautiful building and felt very luxurious after spending nights in hostels. I would definitely stay here again if visiting!
No washing machine as some of the pictures showed.

This property was a perfect way to end our Camino pilgrimage. It was very close to the church and all activities. Room had everything we needed!

The location was great, nearby pubs, stores, city center etc. The building and its interior design were lovely, as well as the room's dimensions, bathroom and facilities. The place was clean enough, the check in/ check out process was straight forward (once the registration was done one day before arrival).
Unfortunately the noise was something that we struggled with- the location is nearby city center, therefore people were partying on the streets during night time.
We stayed for 2 nights and both times we were unable to sleep until 3-4 AM, because the street in front of the building was full with people, mostly tennagers screaming, partying, singing.
It looks like this is something common for Santiago de Compostela but we were not aware of.

Location was excellent. The building had recently been remodelled and so everything was new and nice.
The bedroom is in the loft which has sloped, exposed wooden beams. It very pretty to look at but on the one side of the bed it's only about 4' high. Luckily I only bang my head once. The living room area had a day bed which was totally useless to sit on. The kitchen table over whelmed the apt. with its large size.

The staff was helpful and helped us to book a taxi for an early morning. The room was cosy and stylish and had everything we needed.
There was this old damp building smell and the shower cabin had no door, which made floor wet.

Excellent room very clean and newly decorated. Ideally suited for Cathedral and old town, tapas and restaurants
Checkin was a nightmare. Door code sent only 24 hrs earlier but when travelling difficult to pick up messages. The robotic key dispenser did not recognise the reservation code. We spent over half an hour with SMS as the telephone receptionist spoke little or no English despite it stating in Booking.com, English, French etc..After showering the room smelled of stale water and was not pleasant.

Communication was bad to get into the property.
The check-in process and then having to ask and wait a longtime for the door code when we needed to go out. We also needed assistance with a taxi, but the taxi company does not connect on whats app. That information is important for visitors only using whats app. We called the host for help and got no answer, we then had to then walk to find a hotel who then called for us. This almost made us late for our bus.

The place was within the historic district and loved the facilities esp the kitchen. The room and bathroom were spacious. The host was responsive to questions and messages. We stayed for 3 days and right after the camino. Our stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend the place!

Very nice apartment in old town. With kitchenette and sofa. Nice dining table.
You need to have WhatsApp to connect at arrival. Online registration needs to be done before arrival (all in Spanish) or they swamp you with emails - if you want to detox on your Camino walk don’t choose this hotel. You never need the host!

Good location.
The check in was extremely tiresome and all had to be done online. Because we were travelling we were unable to carry this out until the last minute, and due to a late arrival there was nobody able to help us. The staff contacted on the telephone could not speak English, and told us we would lose the room if we did not complete all the check in online which caused a panic and difficulty for us. We then had to let ourselves in using codes and find everything by ourselves. All very difficult for older customers, may not be a problem for younger people, but we are not all the same!

This small studio apartment is very stylish and very central. The bed was very comfortable and it has a really nice shower. It was also very clean Checking in and getting access to the building was very straightforward.
On my 2nd night some people in the apartment above came in at 4.30 am and clunked around in heavy shoes. Maybe a sign should be out up saying please consider other guests at night.
