Located in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $301 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any place you choose to help us get back on our feet. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you. This unit has one king bed and is a newly renovated studio. It is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Park your car and walk everywhere or Uber in. The street itself is a quiet retreat. This is a lower unit located on Carolina Avenue, FMB. Please know we have acid washed the pool and have all new pool equipment. Unfortunately Ian stained the pool. I am told the stain may fade over time with the chemicals. If not, then I have to resurface the pool which is not an option now. The pool and spa can be heated. The spa/lights shut down at 10p.m. for the night due to FMB's noise ordinance. Charcoal BBQ by the pool and one by your entrance. It all has been updated and has appliances for cooking anything. We provide beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, hand sanitizer, It is the downstairs unit and the pool is shared with the upstairs unit. My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. The cost is $40.

This was our 1st trip to FMB since Ian and we were so happy to support the businesses that have reopened! The studio apartment was perfect for us and spotless! Everything we needed was there from coolers, umbrellas, paper products, shampoo, sunscreen, etc. The location was awesome and within walking distance to the beach and the new Margaritaville that just opened! We will definitely be back! The weather was not great so we did not get to enjoy the pool area but hope to next time. Maria was an awesome host!

We enjoyed our stay at T.P. Hill’s. It was very clean and had lots of supplies provided. It is small, but cozy. It’s just right for a couple. The location was close to lots of great restaurants and stores. It’s also close to the beach!

The studio was as advertised. The beach chair, coolers, umbrella and wagon made beach days so convenient. When there was an issue with the hot tub Maria was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

This studio was perfect for our weekend getaway to FMB. The space was clean, roomy, and cozy. We had plenty of space and did not feel like we were walking over each other. It is walking distance to FMB. We also drove to Sanibel Beach and Captiva Beach. Most resturants that are open are a short drive (5-10 minutes) away. The pool/spa space is exactly as described. We jad the entire area to ourselves as there were no other people in the other rentals. Communication with the owner was very efficient. She provided advice on where to stop for groceries/beverages before coming over the bridge and she even made some excellent resturant suggestions! FMB, Sanibel/Captiva Island are still rebuilding from Hurricane Ian. We will definetly be back for a visit and would live to stay here again.

It was even better than we had expected. It was the perfect size for two people and the pool and hot tub are awesome. Maria was absolutely wonderful and helpful and generous. It was great to have her close by in case we needed anything. Thank you for a Fantabulous week!

Had a wonderfully relaxing solo trip. The owner and property manager were great with communicating and I feel safe throughout my stay. Great location, never had to uber and walked everywhere. Also loved that a wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more were available for use. I’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful neighborhood, a beautiful home, and it had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our Dog was very comfortable here as well. Maria was very helpful all week and very kind! We would definitely stay again :)

Nice little one room place! Hot tub and pool was great!! Bed was good. Shower was nice. Short walk to the beach. Need a couple of lights by pool area that stay on, not motion. Had a great time here.

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. Everything in the studio was exactly as listed, very clean and cute with everything you need. The bed was nice and comfy, there's a really big T.V. to watch movies and all the kitchen appliances one would need. It is a one block walk from public beach access with lots of restaurants and bars nearby as well. The pool area outside has plenty of lounging space and has a nice aesthetic as well. Overall a great place to stay!
