Good no-frills hotel in great location. Very clean. Good value for money

Breakfast adapted to dietary preferences. The staff was very friendly at all times.

First of all i have to say that the hotel didn't know about our reservation via booking.com. I don't know whose wad the fault, but also this doesn't matter. The staff didn't refuse to host us and at a price which was below the actual price, as i understood later. This for me is the most important and its a clear 10/10!!! The location is excellent and the breakfast was decent.

The bathroom was old and unrenοvated and the bath tub is a little bit dangerous to slip. For the price I paid for a family room everything was perfect, but for the price, i think, the hotel asks I think the room is overpriced.

Very simple breakfast (but did the job), nice area (near tube and walking distance from in example Christmas Markets). Building is pretty old (as well the rooms) but interesting. Years ago this has been fabulous I think. Now just ok.

Excellent location - just a 7-8 min walk from Marienplatz. Popular breweries like Hofbrauhaus etc are also 5 min away. The Isartor metro stn is just 100 m from the hotel and offers great connectivity to the S-Bahn and U-bahn network.

Location was excellent, breakfast was simple , cold meats , cheese , cereal , coffee. Very busy due to tourist group.

Close to Marien platz or alte pinnakotek. You can walk 10 or more minutes to go landmark in London. Wide triple bed for three people and comfortable sleep. Nice and simple breakfast buffet, you can have a tea or coffee. Easy to park and get a discount 15 percent off. (Maybe 20 percent I dont clarify)

It was close to the main train station and close to attractions, we were able to walk everywhere. It was clean and the front desk staff were nice. Reasonably priced.

The beds were very firm, made it difficult to get comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant because we arrived later in the evening and were too tired to go out and the staff was not very pleasant, made us feel like we were not welcomed. The food was O.K., but we did regret eating there.

The welcome at the front desk was very warm and we felt very welcome! We got all the help we needed. The room was very clean, spacious, and a balcony. There was also an air-conditioning, and the window could be opened. Breakfast was okay, all you need was there. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area, but still close to the center and public transport. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location was great, a few minutes walk to the centre. It was clean and room was cleaned daily.

Would of liked tea and coffee facilities in room, they did have them in reception area plus a small bar.

Nice staff and the lady working in the breakfast buffé was really friendly. The room was also great (I think it was the last floor), quiet and with views to the main street (not impressive views, but at least it wasn't an interior patio).

Probably is a general problem in Germany, but the bed covers were too short. A 180cm covers are not good for anyone a bit taller that that.
