Parfait pour une halte sur Montréal

L accueil et la gentillesse du personnel . Très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est digne d un grand hôtel. Très agréablement surprise

okay, aber Verbesserungsbedarf

sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame am Empfang, die uns gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gab, Zimmer war groß, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus

wir hatten Frühstück dabei, 30-45 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit war aber NICHTS mehr da und weit und breit kein Personal, das nachgefüllt hätte; im Zimmer war es außerdem sehr laut (wegen der Lüftung?) und kalt. Man konnte sich mobile Heizkörper holen, wir stellten sie ans Bett, was aber recht gefährlich schien.

I highly recommend no stays here and that government authorities bulldoze the place.

Nothing much. They did have a very basic breakfast. They only had spoons so bring a fork 😂 also it was in the basement it looked like your nan had decorated it with crochet doilies and Knick nacks she collected over the years. The walls were thin and our room was on the ground floor so you could hear all conversations in the foyer. There was also a hole in the ceiling of the basement with a bucket so bring your hard hat.

Bed bugs ! My partner and I were eaten alive by them and so stay clear .The location is in an industrial park. I seen the most ugliest lady of the night out side and the car parking is atrocious. We weren’t expecting much but this place should be condemned.

A road trip of Canada.

The room was clean, it had a fridge, their was shower products, the bedding was clean, the breakfast was good. Parking was free on site but not much room. You could get hot water to make drinks in your room, coffee pods were provided for a small fee.

It was just a bit far from Ottowa, you could catch bus nearby or a 15 minute walk to train station. The lamp at side of bed didnt work.

I paid for nothing and it is not a place to stay!

Everything was awful! I wonder how you can allow this hotel to be listed on your webpage! Rude staff! Dirty! Nobody was responsible! They opened the door of our room many times without any permission! I paid for a room with a bathroom but the shower was not working and they asked us to use a bathroom in another room every morning! You can find the attached photo of the construction they were doing during our stay in the room and it was bothering and very impolite. I got frustrated! I was disappointed!

Close distance to Olympic Stadium

This place got potential, but also need many improvements. Overall it was a great and fair priced stay for Metallica weekend events on Olympic Stadium (which is only about 3km from hotel). Surprisingly comfy beds, friendly staff, and convenient parking.

It had WiFi

The picture you showed is very much out of date as it's very run down, and the last day by 8.45am we went to breakfast and there was no food or coffee left , there was no one on reception and no way of contacting them , not one of our better experiences .

never again will I get a hotel for a good value it is cheap for a reason

absolutely nothing

everything was terrible, staff was rude, I felt very unsafe, very unhygienic, actually left a few hours into my stay because I could not sleep there. I felt like I would get attacked by the receptionist who I caught getting undressed in a closet.

the breakfast table can be done better with little more options specially breads and a toaster maybe. because when we went for it at around 9 am it was all over except for the coffee.

It is good for the price, but they over promises on the description. Go with low expectations on the additional things.

The room was exactly as the photo. Bed was comfy. I think is better that most of the hotels within the same range price.

Hard to communicate in English with the staff, so if you don’t speak French you might struggle. Only 7 parking spots for the whole hotel (so don’t trust that note that says you don’t need to reserved it) if you move your car most likely you won’t find a parking when you come back. The breakfast they offered is not a real breakfast, it is just unhealthy/packages snacks and apple juice boxes. They only leave 3 oranges for the whole hotel and there is no area where to sit to eat, so it is for to go or for the room.

Overall not bad for the price

The location was very good and the receptionist was very helpful to check in.

The rooms were not as clean as one would have expected for a hotel we had two people in the room and we run out of hot water halfway through second shower so I couldn't wash my hair.

Cozy hotel near the vilage

Bus across the street. Not far from downtown. Self service for entry was good. Staff very polite. Free parking a plus

Room could be bigger. Maybe they did have larger room but I didn't ask
