Super buena ubicación y la habitación tenía un tamaño apropiado.

Los servicios adicionales (desayuno por ejemplo) con precios muy elevados. No había una sola persona que hablara español. Muy costoso para lo que ofrece.

Stay was pleasant until I received my bill and was charged for vale parking and I never had a vehicl

I was satisfied with the facility

I travelled from Botswana in Africa, when I received my bill via email I was charged for vale parking, I did not have a vehicle and made use of taxi's. I sent an email to the hotel but no response. I really think this is not acceptable and will not stay in a Hilton Hotel again.

I loved my stay the bed was comfortable, shower nice and the accommodations were top notch.

There are much better options in downtown DC. Don't bother with this one.

Staff were kind.

We got up in the morning to make coffee in our room and this cheap hotel only had one coffee pod - for a two person room! How penny pinching can you get. This is Hilton?

The destination charge which means you pay $25 per day whether you eat food or not is plain and simple theft. No one should stay here for that reason. They might as well come into your room and take money out of your wallet.

Location, facility, and cleanliness are good, but front desk stuffs need to be trained more

The hotel location and cleanliness of the hotel room were very good.

Hotel stuffs are needed to be trained more, especially for accounting. I made reservations for three rooms including rooms for my accompaniers (co-workers) with my credit card. When my accompaniers checked-in and checked-out, they asked front desk stuffs to change a payable credit card to their own credit cards. However, finally their accommodation fees were charged to my credit card, too. (duplicated) I needed to spend my time to correct the payment after the stay. Even though the hotel itself is very good, but the experience with the front desk stuffs were a really disappointed.

Location and the room was big.

Housekeeping was terrible. Dirty towel left in the room. Bedding with stains on it. Surface of phone and nightstand was dusty. Didn’t feel clean even after changed to another room, which tells housekeeping was not good enough. How can this hotel got even 4 star with such terrible housekeeping quality? Hotel was lousy with people who dressed like having a sex party or something. Will not come again.

I was told there was a valet parking at the front desk. Was told go outside and when I did I was told there was no valet. I was told to try a parking garage around the corner. That one was closed and spent an hour looking. I finally used another hotels valet. Room was dirty and not well maintained

The location was really great! Short walk to the area highlights.

The room was very dirty. I was very very disappointed. When we asked if someone could clean the mess left by previous guest, it was not done. Very gross.

The only thing I liked was the bed and shower

The room was not by clean, the tv didn’t work, music was only available for a cost. It had ill mannered staff when I checked in. Assistance was not forthcoming

good location, but do not expect any of the service of a 4 stars hotel

location is great.

Small queen beds, no complementary water in the room (fund out you need to ask at front desk), no shower gel and only 1 shampoo for 4 people in the room, no room service, no bar until 4:30 pm, can not even grab a coffee somewhere in the morning, in a nutshell NO SERVICES

Great location. Some rooms can see the white house.

Hotel is very old and dated. Our shower handle wasn't working and they needed to send maintenance to fix it . Not what we wanted at 11pm when we were tired and wanted to sleep.
