My stay included breakfast which was delicious and I loved the fact that I could ask for any plate despite of the price (a la carte breakfast, not buffet).
I understand that there was some renovation/construction going on during my stay, but I notice that at least one of the workers was parked in the parking reserved for the clients, which would have been nice to have access to, but every spot was filled near the room I was assigned. It was not much of an inconvenience (I parked farther and not in front of my room) but I thought that if I am paying for my stay, I should be able to benefit from it, especially that I had to unload my car from lots of luggage. I did not say anything to the staff, but it was simply an observation.

We stayed in a pet friendly room that was at the back of the hotel. It had an outside and inside door to access the room, which was great for taking our dog out. The restaurant at the hotel was really good and the waitress was so nice. She helped us get some chicken for our picky eating dog. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.
I stayed on the second floor and it was occupied by what seemed to be about 8 rooms of people that knew each other. Every night, for 3 nights, they were very loud. Laughing, yelling, banging around, going in and out of their rooms and roaming the halls. I called the front desk a few times. The morning I left, guests were fighting in the hallway, so I called the front desk. Cops were called and someone was arrested. Not a good experience for me at all.

This was most likely the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. I had an issue with one of my bags (forgot it) and they were spectacular at helping me out. Everyone was so great. Also, during my stay, i slept like a baby, so sound proof, and the pool is a huge bonus! Very friendly staff and having my dog with me was no trouble, they even gave a treat! Thanks you all!!
Nothing. Not a thing I didn't like (except mad at my own self for forgetting my bag!)

Great bed and outdoor access was fantastic to have.
Water smelled aweful, even washing our hands left them smelling bad. We had to use bottles water for everything here. I don't even want to think about what the pool smelled like.

Good central location generally out of the domtar plume. Friendly staff.
Food in the lounge was terrible. They served a raw chicken burger and barely seemed concerned. Nothing other than making a new burger was done to make it right.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was great! Appreciated being able to order off the menu instead of the usual pre-packaged hotel breakfast.
