Loved the style/decor & how perfectly clean everything was. Within walking distance to shops. Adjoined pub is easygoing and offers tasty food. Would book again without hesitation.
Breakfast was not included, but we got 20% off vouchers for a breakfast in the pub.

The Indigenous outwork and explanations were very unique and perceived as intentional. The location was excellent and the facilities/rooms lovely. Staff was really polite, helpful, and efficient. Thank you!

The hotel was great. We had a nice, well appointed, comfortable room, The staff were very friendly and helpful, and one of the staff graciously offered to explain the art piece in the lobby and its historical implications.
There is so much great First Nations art; it would make a great hotel even better if there were write-ups we could read about the pieces in the hotel - the artists, their Nation, the story in the art. With that, the hotel would verge on museum.
The hotel's restaurant could also have opened the patio first for outdoor dining (the patio was closed during our visit), instead of indoor dining, as we're not comfortable eating indoors with our child being unable to be vaccinated. We ended up ordering in from another restaurant.

Breakfast over too soon. Didn’t get a chance to eat. Arriving after midnight from prince rupert made it too difficult to get there by 9 am.

Everything was ok. Nothing special, they had a few staffing difficulties which wasn't great but not really their fault. It was ok.

Very Clean and well Run, the rooms were just as pictured. I loved the intentional Indigenous artwork that showcases the property. I liked the breakfast buffet that was included as well,
Nothing really its a bit isolated as the location is car only access but that is a very minor thing.

Great place to stay. Good staff, friendly people in the hotel. Then kindly let us stay longer due to the ferry cancelled.
The first day off the ferry. Room paid for and had a worker say no rooms til 4. Yet we called week in advance, told us there is rooms. I had pre paid. Got turned away with my partner and 9 month old son, at 6 am.

Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The young man (Mac) who checked us in was exceptional.

Big comfortable bed was great, it was clean.
Easy quick check out.
Check in service was meant to start at 4pm; there was a queue of people which grew longer by the minute as the “rooms weren’t quite ready”.
Restaurant service was slow and neither of our chosen meals were available despite us being there at 6.30pm.

Included breakfast.
No view of the harbor.
