Close to plenty of restaurants and quick food joints. Close to convenient stores and to public transportation! Breakfast options were great, wide variety, had different options both days we stayed there!

Great location and comfortable stay

Great location to center of DC. Walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants and stores. Clean room and quiet. breakfast. Friendly staff.

$33/night parking fee. Studio does not have a sofa bed as advertised on booking.com, but staff helped with a roller bed.

GREAT ME TIME @HAMPTON INN & SUITES

Everything was wonderful...Overall it was great!!

If I just had to say or speak on any minor complaint, it'd be one of the curtains in my room on 4th floor didn't come down. So I only had the thin "netting type" only for *one* of my windows. Otherwise it was AWESOME!!

Luxury & Comfortable

Clean and new rooms, breakfast was good and had varieties each day. Close to all DC attractions. I will visit again if in DC.

Parking is expensive, should have offers for parking with stay.

A fair experience but overpriced for what you get

Spacious comfortable room with everything needed. Pleasant staff

Eating breakfast from plastic plates and cutlery is not only unpleasant. It is a disaster from an environmental perspective. The food itself was average. Whilst the room and facilities were fair, the value for money is poor.

Excellent hotel. Very nice, modern room with excellent breakfast and well stocked store in the lobby

Room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding.

The bed wasn’t so comfortable. The bed was high on one side and rolled me into the middle of the king size bed.

We had a great time in DC and would definitely stay here in the future.

Great location! It was close to the airport and the Metro station. There was a good selection for breakfast every day. Convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The beds could have been more comfortable. No other complaints.

Moquette a terra. Ascensori un po' datati. Presenza della vasca piuttosto che la doccia. PARCHEGGIO ECCESSIVAMENTE COSTOSO 33 DOLLARI PER UN GIORNO È ASSURDO.

Hotel fine, but not as pu

Good staff. Fair breakfast.

Room did not match description on Booking.com. Hotel staff said the description was outdated because the hotel was renovated a couple years ago. No sofas in rooms despite advertisement, no suites.

The accommodation was very good, and the staff at the front desk and breakfast dining area were courteous

The lighting in the room was not that great. A light in the ceiling over the beds would have given the room better lighting

Disappointing

The appearance was nice.

This staff wasn’t really helpful, they had use pay for parking knowing it was parking on the street, parking lot is very very tight. The breakfast was up to standard. And it was a little electrical fire in the dining area Sunday morning durning breakfast and no one reacted fast enough, another guest had to put it out.

Good good location ridiculous parking fee

Location and room were good. Room darkening drapes would be good, it only has blinds.

Paying an additional parking fee of $33 was ridiculous.

My stay and all the staff were wonderful. Even my granddaughter had a great time.

The staff went out of there way to help with anything. I needed a handicapped shower after checking in and they made it happen.

Breakfast choices were repeated every other day. Choices were not there. Same items everyday! After 3-4 days you want something different after say 8 I ordered in with IHOP!

disappointed. terrible.

upon checking in I noticed my bedsheets was dirty as it had stains on them. it was extremely disgusting as it was pretty noticeable and I don’t understand as it was noticeable. also when I requested housekeeping to tidy up our room. I was under the impression that included emptying our trash cans. when I return I noticed that the trash can was still full and they did give us clean towels but didn’t bother to put it up as it was on our sink as if they just left and go.

It’s a nice place to stay and the breakfast is good.

Was a nice hotel, nice staff and good breakfast selection on the free buffet. A little hike to the metro, but doable.

I did not like paying $70 extra to park the car for the 2 nights we were there. Also no drink machines and they charged $4 per bottle of water. Definitely do not feel valued as a customer.
