Für Zwischenstopp in der Nähe von Annapolis gut geeignet

Nette Dame an der Rezeption hat uns ermöglicht eine Stunde früher einzuchecken. Zimmer mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Kostenlos Tee und Kaffee während des Tages.

Einrichtung des Hotel (Aufzug) etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Very Disappointed

Breakfast was ok.

Reserved a two bed room weeks in advance. On arrival I found out the hotel was overbooked for the room I had reserved. They put me and my friend in a king bed room with sofa bed, definitely not what I wanted. Person behind the desk didn't seem to care. She didn't offer an apology or compensation. She made a comment that it was because I reserved the room through Booking.com. I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. I didn't sleep very well. Kept waking up every couple hours to move around. Also the room did not have enough lighting. And the breakfast area was poorly lit.

Wonderful stay - great bargain!

Individual on shift when we arrived was extremely pleasant. Room was clean, breakfast was more than we expected & individual at check out was the same person as when we checked in & she is extremely sweet. The individual that was in charge of keeping the breakfast area stocked & clean was the best.

Very good

The breakfast was pretty good. I would of liked to see more variety of fresh fruit. The rooms were quite!

We stayed for 5 nights. I wish the staff would have given us clean towels and emptied our trash during our stay. ,

It was well maintained and affordable. The breakfast was different than most hotels have. They had Scones and Omelettes.

Nada, muy sucio, incluso tengo videos con sábanas sucias y hasta con huecos..

Suciedad, mal olor en casi todas las instalaciones pero fundamentalmente en la habitación, baño sucio, ha sido una experiencia muy desagradable.. Ahora pasé al Hampton Inn en Washington DC y todo cambió , me alegro la estancia por acá ..

Pleasant visit to Annapolis, you can't go wrong with Hampton

We liked the billiards table, the breakfast was great as usual for Hampton, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were some aspects of the building that needed upkeep (broken trim/unwashed windows/missing paint) but overall the cosmetic issues weren't a show stopper.

We cut our visit short because the outdoor pool was closed and went somewhere with an indoor pool. The staff was able to help us do this without incurring extra costs. Would stay again. Also it was nestled in a corner so it was a slightly longer drive to get to any amenities.

Customer service is a lost art at so many establishments. This one is a perfect example.

Good location close enough to explore downtown Annapolis with just a short drive.

I actually changed my reservation from another hotel due to the advertised “free breakfast “ at this location. Then upon arrival after scanning my card I was informed there was no free breakfast due to a kitchen issue. I understand things happen but how about something resembling an attempt at good customer service to make up for the unfortunate circumstance. How about buying some bagels and supplying in the morning? How about a discount on the room or a discount on a future visit? Nothing! Just a half hearted apology. Clearly customer service means nothing at this establishment. Disappointed!

Great option for people with pets and families.

Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly even in the lobby which is nice. I’m sure if the dog was barking or otherwise drawing attention to itself, perhaps they wouldn’t be welcome. It’s nice when dogs are judged on an individual basis. Room was comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

Loved our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were excellent. Hotel was clean and well managed. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Fresh fruit cup was often low. I guess it was popular.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Very comfortable and well equipped rooms. nice lobby with plenty of seating indoors and out. Lots of parking. Tons of stuff to do nearby.

Girls too loud for prom night before they left and a good hour after they got back in the wee hours of the morning. We understand just wish they were more considerate.

The whole atmosphere was good.The rooms where clean and the staff was very polite and professional. I used the workout room and it was nice and clean.. Overall I rate it a 9. I would definitely return.

Several concerns in regards to the food. It was cold. The bread was very hard, and there was always a wait for coffee.

Very Nice!

Pet friendly – good breakfast – The rooms are very well laid out and very clean. Very quiet, and set away from any roads. Limited areas to walk a dog. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
