Great for family stay and travel !

Great location, close to everything you need, and only 10 minutes to downtown and 19 minutes to metro station to DC; decent breakfast buffet and pool area for kids. Worth every penny.

The building needs a bit sound proof and we heard people talking in the hallway when we slept in the room.

Air conditioning very noisy. Disposable tableware is not ecological. Some cockroaches in the bathroom.

Very good

Good selection for breakfast, handicapped bathroom was a big plus!

The room was right in front, where everyone checked in, but also where everyone went out to sit and smoke at night, including pot, which you could smell in room and also hear everyone talking. Woke me up on more than one occasion.

Great staff, tasty home baked cookies and homey atmosphere made for a pleasant stay!

Never took advantage of the free breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

The microwave oven and the refrigerator was tucked away in a cabinet in a dark hallway that made it difficult to use because you could not see the settings on the microwave and the frig was on the bottom shelf of the cabinet and made reaching anything on the bottom shelf difficult for two 70 year old seniors. We thought that the suite would be a little larger, but what was there was comfortably furnished.

Very nice place

Very nice motel in Parole. Clean, quiet, safe. Good breakfast. Well positioned for a visit to the capitol, but I don't know what else is in the area. Would certainly stay again.

Not what I expected

The staff was very nice, especially Ashley. The rooms were very clean. The complementary cookies were good.

The fact that the two rooms I actually booked I wasn't given those and was told to contact the company I booked through. Wasn't happy with the elevator, which was still going down when the doors opened, and it was so hot in the elevator. The pool water was not clean. Refrigerators were too small.

Exceptional

Ashley at the front desk was OUTSTANDING and so helpful to me. All of the staff were polite, courteous, and respectful. The room (king suite for me and my dog was so nice..and big!) I was in the area teaching chocolate classes for area assisted living facilities, and I had a lot of stuff. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We will be back!

Our room was very clean. Breakfast had a lot of different options and was well stocked. The cookies at the front desk were perfect for a night time snack after a long day. Ashley at the front desk was so nice and always had a smile on her face. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great. The cleanliness was very good. The location was wonderful and convenient. Happy with the price.

The furniture on our den space was old and tired. Like something from the Goodwill. Lighting was also not sufficient.

The room is clean and comfortable. We needed more tissues and coffee packets and the staff brought them to the room very quickly. And free cookies at checkin. DVD player in the room.

Everything was great. I guess $2.50 to rent a dvd is fair.
