Staff not so pleasant but they probably were just havibv a “moment “, probably won’t rebook but overall 5/10.

I loved the location, right in the heart of all the fun activities.

I didn’t feel welcomed. The representative seemed very irritated and bothered.

Rundown hotel high cost

Rundown rooms and common areas, peeling paint bathroom ceiling, mirrored closet door fell out and the hotel generally needs a big update especially considering the price

Sehr dreckigers Hotel! Nicht buchen!

Die Lage war gut und das Hotel machte von außen einen guten Eindruck ebenso die Lobby.

Das Zimmer war extrem dreckig und es war Dreck, welcher sich mit der Zeit angesammelt hat. Dicker Staub in den Ecken, dicker Staub auf der Übergardine, dicke Dreckschicht auf den Lüftungsdüsen der Klimaanlage, Dreck auf der Badezimmertür, viel Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Gardinen waren zum Teil aus der Führung gerissen. Dicke Dreckschicht selbst auf so Dingen wie der Halterung vom Fön. Das schlechteste Hotel auf unseren bisherigen USA Reisen (dies war unsere zehnte Reise). Wir haben das angesprochen, auch weil das Hotel fast 300$ gekostet hat. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat sich die Bilder von unserem Handy abfotografiert. Sie wollte das ans Management geben und man würde sich bei uns melden, was natürlich nicht passiert ist. Lieber würde ich im Auto schlafen, als hier nochmals ein Zimmer zu buchen. Wo die gute Bewertung bei booking.com weg ist kann ich mir nicht erklären.

Over price rooms but the super small space

No shower curtain and the floor got extremely wet when showering. Very slippery and a fall risk. Had to wear socks the whole time

We liked Montgomery. This beautiful old building, however, needs some serious love.

Your staff is excellent. Very friendly and fast to respond at the front desk, breakfast area, and valet. We spent time visiting with a friend in the lobby, too, and encountered friendly staff again and again.

The room wasn't clean. When we arrived, we checked for bedbugs, of course, but then used wet wipes on everything else. It was dirty. The remote, door handles, lamps, tables all needed a better cleaning. And unfortunately, we didn't much like the mold in the shower corners or the missing baseboard and VERY shaky shower doors. We have encountered that before at another Hampton, and we may be changing hotels as a result. Lukewarm water was not good, either. And what's this "we clean your room every OTHER day?" For the amount you charge, you really should be providing better room service. Finally, powered eggs? Rubbery sausage? Breakfast = bleh! I really miss the breakfasts we used to get at Hampton, not to mention the afternoon cookies!

Needs a makeover

Good location Friendly staff

This hotel desperately needs a renovation. Rooms were outdated and the entire hotel was run down. Our room smelled moldy. There are better hotels nearby for the same price. I hope management takes these comments seriously.

Great location, beautiful building on the inside. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Location was great and price was good. Valet parking was the only on site parking.

Needs updating. The room itself was clean, but the hallway carpet was grungy- stained badly and no recent vacuuming. (10th floor)

A great stay for a lone traveler!

it was close to the event that I was going to

it was old and outdated…. the elevators were too small and slow… the bathroom was dirty and the toilet kept backing up. when I called about a toilet plunger I was told by the “ Manager” that I had to come downstairs to get it once she located one… I never received the call and had to go downstairs to find out what was going on with the plunger. I also didn’t like the fact that the price that was on the first bill for my say said 812.00 ( that was with incidentals )but when I looked at my bank statement, I was charged over a thousand dollars. So basically the “Manager” was not truthful about the price. Also the view out the window was horrific plus noisy why, because it was next to the havc vents. I’m not a happy customer in regards to my stay at this hotel.

Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. Hotel and Room was clean.

Valet parking wasn't available for me although I paid for valet services. Parking was terrible. I had to park a good ways away from the hotel.

Front desk lady was extremely helpful to get me in quick from a flight cancelation and I was stranded.

No parking close by. Valet doesn't start till 0600 so it was a hassle to get out gate.

the front desk staff Vanessa is absolutely amazing welcoming and makes you feel comfortable at home welcome and appreciated the valet staff is absolutely amazing also so helpful and polite the breakfast was very good lots of choices and very tasty

I guess if I had to not like something the view from window of our room was just of air conditioning units not hotel fault not a big problem would be kinda cool on those windows to paint a Montgomery skyline on lower part but not a big deal
