Leaking water everywhere

Was directly off the highway for a one night road trip stay

Dripping water from ceiling and leaking everywhere. No hot water for the shower. The staff was very nice though.

Worth the stay

We've stayed here twice now because i liked it so much the first time. There are a lot of options for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Right off 65. The staff was very friendly. Clean room. Quiet at night and in mornings. Felt safe there.

Bathroom needed a little fixing up. Wall was crumbling at the corner. Leaky shower. (No tub just a shower) There was a light at the sink that was out. Made it hard to see to put make up on. Not a huge ordeal. No hot water to take a shower in the morning because a pipe busted. Not their fault, but probably could have offered a discount. These were a little bit of an inconvenience.

The comfortable bed

Booked on line when we got in room looked as if someone already used it toilet bad brown stuff on it the bottom of bed had white stuff looked as if was semen not to mention the covers looked dirty I sprayed my lysol and tried to get some sleep but felt dirty this was the fifth time staying because of location trying to give the benefit of doubt housekeeping needs more training obviously 😡😡😡

The double room suite was nice for family of 4. They also had pack and play for my little girl.

The ice box lid in the room was super dirty.

Mold smelling rooms, guy at front desk was to busy on his phone to speak to us just handed us a paper to sign and gave us our keys. No speaking what so ever. The bed skirts had puke or something down the side. The shower was moldy. Just a gross place

staff was very unhelpful. guests were rude as hell. phone in room didn’t work. staff was asked to help with a bunch of banging and beating in the room above us they refused.

Wrong room

The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable for the most part.

We booked for a king suite a week prior, but when we got to the hotel, the room we were given had 2 full beds. We were told all efforts would be made to rectify the mishap, but from what we gathered, the property had no intentions of honoring our reservation. Seems to be a habit based on other reviews.

the bed was super Soft and comfortable I love it and I had made it hr or so earlier for checking in and the manager or receptionist on duty was awesome enough to let me check in earlier nice location and quite will be back

I enjoyed the stay.

My receipt did not have my address on it. I needed it so that I could recoup some of the cost for my stay. But your staff said that they could not print a receipt with my address on it, because I used a third party for booking.

Superb

Lot of room space and the breakfast there.

We had a little problem trying to figure out the TV set up. No one could answer my question about the setup. The next day we were able to fix it. The problem got resolved.

Man at front desk was super nice, especially since it was Christmas and he had to work.

When the sleep sofa was open the person in the bed couldn't get past it to get to the bathroom.

The location and breakfast were amazing the staff were friendly and kind

The bathroom in the room we stayed in (115) the toilet kept on clogging when we flushed the toilet but that is the only complaint

Great minus the water pressure in the shower

The overall experience was great. The only problem was the pressure of the water in the shower.

Shower water pressure. If I wanted to take a bath the water would have to run for an hour min.
