Location price

Didn't clean room or give us any clean towels had to ask for them 3 times plus I had to take all of the use ones to the maid before I could get clean towels

Great place to comfortably sleep while on a road trip. Comfortable and great staff.

I love how close to the highway it was. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Great basketball court.

There wasn’t an indoor pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. Both phones in the room did not work.

Convenient, easy in /out to highway. Easy check in/out. Free breakfast

Breakfast choices limited to packaged foods mostly. No fresh eggs

Excellent

The breakfast, location, and staff were fantastic. The rooms were really nice. I liked the kitchenette, the overall design of the rooms, and the space.

The only complaint I am to have is the construction going on at the hotel. This is no fault of anyone's and does not influence my decision on staying here again.

Very poor. Would not stay there again.

Location was good

Breakfast was 6-9am, and the hours were too limited for us, so we didn't get breakfast. Rooms were all remodeled without bathtubs, and we wanted a tub. Hall wallpaper was coming loose. Hotel was under remodel, so that was inconvenient. We were not notified ahead of time. A/C would not control the room cool enough.

the stay was great and we will stay again!

I liked the the place was just renovated from what was pictured here in booking which made this stay even better and it was a good suprise! this made the price a little bit more worth it. the bed was also super comfy! I was impressed.

the breakfast wasn’t the best but that didn’t sway me to not like the property.

nothing. my car got broken into and they did nothing to help

my car got broken in to, the breakfast was horrible and little to no options, my room was dirty in the bathroom and the construction was very noisy and interrupted me while sleeping twice out of the three nights I was there.

Not typical of our prior stays, but, not acceptable.

The location was fine.

The adjoining room to ours had unattended dogs there overnight. The howled and whined most of the night. I’m not opposed to pets. But, when unattended and disruptive, something has to change. As of now, my family can’t return to Homewood Suites and spend $200 and not enjoy the stay.

The room was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and my stay was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth it for me.will let friends and family know to check in when they visit Lexington for sure.

Exceeded my expectations - both staff and room quality.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean and quality. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff handling the breakfast was helpful and friendly. Great place. I would stay here again. Ann

Our daughter was coming later and I had her room number but it wasn't ready when we got in. When I went down to check her in, someone had claimed her room on-line. I was able to get another room for them on the same floor and get them checked in, but it was a little surprising. It all worked out.

Breakfast was a tad skimpy...ok for me but my wife prefers oatmeal and eggs (fried/scrambled)

Was unaware of the ongoing remodel, but once situated, was bearable.

Our stay felt like home away from home! My 10 year old didnt want to leave because she felt so comfortable. The breakfast was great especially the kitchen staff folks were so nice!

The front desk staff seemed irritated at me at check out. Lots of other staff were at the front desk.

I’m sure the Hotel will be Beautiful once it is finished, But you really should be concerned about the Ventilation of th

the property Location was excellent the hotel was very nice, but in the middle of a remodel.

our room was brand new, therefore it had a very strong chemical smell to it! Almost like formaldehyde / Glue Could not open the windows to get proper ventilation. I have Asthma and had a reaction to the smell, I called the Front Desk 3 times without any answer.. My Sister went downstairs to the Front Desk but No one was there. I used my inhaler several times and kept the Bedroom door closed to try to keep the strong odor out of our sleeping area, Like I said the room was very nice but the order was Awful!

Room was great, as was the staff. The rest of the facilities did not live up to my expectations.

The room was comfortable and the location was good.

The website didn't mention any renovation when I booked. Laundry services weren't available, so I had to go across the street to the Holiday Inn to use their facilities. We didn't eat the breakfast. The hotel was under renovation and the lobby/breakfast room was under construction. Breakfast was offered, just not in an enticing/comfortable setting. The ice machine on our floor (4th) wasn't working. We had to go down to the main floor to use the machine there.
