Excellent

Staff was friendly Facility was clean Beds were comfortable We had microwave A fridge Breakfast staff (especially the boy who was filling the breakfast) was very helpful and respectful We had a quite and comfortable stay

The pool was open but it was under maintenance We couldn’t enjoy the water

Glad to have a place to stay.

Breakfast was stocked and with lots to eat! The tables clean and spaced equally.

Hot tub was not operating and was a big part of our trip when we got back from skiing. Pool was not heated. Just over glacier water... BRRRRR!!!!!!!

It was a very good stay. Staff was very friendly . Excellent Service. Will definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating specially Sandra and Brittney. Breakfast was good. The price was cheaper than any other hotels specially summer time. Excellent Service . And not bad from Hinton to Jasper.

The washroom was outdated. But it’s ok. Not a big deal for me because most of the time we’re outside.

Will not book this property again. Too many issues.

Free breakfast, comfy bed, first floor room was a bonus.

The bathroom sink drain leaked - asked for it to be fixed in day 1 of a 5 day stay and it didnt get done. The heater fan sounded like it was about to blow so had to keep turning it off at -40 outside. There hot water must be regulated and turned down because the temp was barely above Luke warm.

Staff were friendly

The room was dirty, pee on the outside of the toilet and mouse turds under the sink. Hot tub broken, door number missing

Very good, will definitely be back

As it was our second stay, we enjoyed it again. Room was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. The staff that was in the kitchen that provided the breakfast was a very pleasant woman! Also the breakfast was very good.

The pool wasn’t up and running our first night and the lady assured us that it would be good to go for Saturday.. come Saturday the pool was not available for use.. and it seemed like an excuse for why it was closed so they don’t have to watch the pool or clean up after…

Friendly staff, rooms need work.

Friendly staff, great service. Location.

Room was clean but dated and in need of TLC. Desk chair was stained and torn, lamps did not work, some electrical outlets didn’t work. Bathroom sink cracked and stained.

Glad it's over! Terrible. I can't think of a good part.

Horrible Runny yogurt,plastic tasting microwaved eggs and no orange juice or tea variety They should be out of business

The rooms were dirty,⁰ni wiped down the counters etc The cloth was black. The carpets Dirty the lampshades damaged,the clock not working,the comforter soiled and the pillows half sized? The sink damaged with burn marks A real dive. Never ever stay at so-called Quality Hotel!!

The staff were good, but the property was disappointing.

The property was clean. The staff were friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable. The pool was closed, I wasn’t told that when I booked the room. The toilet paper roll holder, and several handles on the furniture were missing. The ceiling light fixture cover was missing.

Lost trust in booking site in poorly received information

Good communication with front desk staff

Pool was advertised on the booking site as open and it was not. Also, we had booked a cot or playpen through the site and it was not there either.

It was good for the price point

Decent price point.

Eating area was not clean, garbage was overflowing. The waffle machine was filthy. The rooms could use a paint soon. Sink was pretty stained..

Uncomfortable, won't be back

The bed and room were extremely dated and dirty. I was uncomfortable throughout the stay. Disappointed from the moment I opened the door to my room.

Staff were pleasant and the location was convenient

Cleanliness of room, body hair left in the tub, light switch and lamp left dirty, stains on curtains and bed top sheet

Clean, comfortable, pet friendly accommodations with great customer service for excellent price.

Pet friendly, clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. The bed was super comfy.

The walls/ceiling could use with some more sound proofing.
