Wonderful place

Great location, beds were comfy, staff was nice. We stay here a few times a year.

We were told the rooms I booked would be next to each other, but was on separate floors.

Didappointing

Breakfast was a brown bag with bottle of water,granola bar,two pack of muffins and a mandrian orange or apple. Advertised as hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday but no just a bag Like warm pool and hot tub

Roaches in kitchen and bathroom. Lights did not work in bathroom or vanity area. Greased yo touch cabinets. No service. We were there 7 nights supposed to have maid service on 4 dsy. Never received maid service the entire stsy

Booked, showed up, got the room keys, opened the door to the room & walked back to cancel.

Did not stay.

Did not stay because the rooms were filthy & had terrible odor. Would not refund, had the reservation for 30 minutes, walked in the room and walked back to the desk to cancel.

Horrible. Over priced. Rate lowered after the weekend and was charged full price. Staff made excuses constantly. I waite

Not very much. Old falling apart. Many things were broken. Staff untrained.

Room was filled with cockroaches. No shower curtain, shower head broke off the first 3 minutes I used it. Water was hot all over the floor and I slipped and fell.

I used to visit this location years ago with my family at least twice a year and let me tell you it has gone downhill in a dramatic way. Only good thing about this place now is the view if you get an ocean view room, as long as you don't concentrate on the dilapidated rundown dirty property and just stare at the beach you would never know that you are staying in a hotel where the paint is falling off the walls there is rust and dirt everywhere, every time the air conditioner comes on it sounds like it's about to fall out of the wall, one housekeeper actually opened the door while the children were getting dressed and said that the door blew open even though she was holding her door card in her hand. Multiple times we were offered drugs while walking through the parking lot buy a guest staying in one of the rooms by the office. DO NOT!! get on the elevator because you will be one step closer to death. Do not believe any of the pictures online that make this place look like it's brand new because all of those pictures are doctored or either from the grand opening when it opened years ago. You will be extremely disappointed if you pay money to come stay here. The only thing clean about this entire resort is the jacuzzi and the pool they actually keep those clean. The rest of the building looks like it should be condemned. So unless you are just looking for a quick place to stay and the only thing you are going to be doing is going to the beach and you are not worried about cleanliness avoid this place at all costs.

Pure Filth

Location, I really can't think of anything else.

Filthy..the entire property and room..overflowing garbage can smell by pool made impossible to sit. We advised ahead 2 days ahead of time we'd be checking in at 3pm but still made us wait till 4pm. Staff seemed almost annoyed by our presence , loud and very unprofessional. I asked about the free breakfast and the lady informed me to just come back later when I have a key for you and I'll tell you then..lol..and there's 2 of them behind the reception and no other customers. We decided to wait by the pool for the room and let them know and it still took till after 4 to get a key. No bathrooms by the pool so my wife goes in the lobby and finds the lady from the reception smoking marijuana in the restroom, who quickly apologized and went outside. The room was dirty, cigarette butts and ashes on the balcony, beds lumpy and smelled of mildew, hair in the bathroom and the kicker was no outside door handle on the balcony, which I found out the hard way..thank god my daughter was inside to open for me. Oh and the air conditioner was broke..stuck blowing 72 degrees, I didn't mind but my girls were freezing. It was just a really dirty moldy place, like even the pool chairs were dirty with black grease that ruined a pair of white shorts I was wearing. With all that being said the location was excellent, mini golf directly across the street, the beach is easily accessible, and the view from the balcony was magnificent! You just didn't want to sit on the nasty plastic cigarette burned balcony chairs though. I never complained because I knew it was a 2 star hotel, a first and last for us, I know they can probably figure out who's writing this review but I could care less because you couldn't pay me to ever stay at such a filthy place like that again.

Nothing at all

It was horrible! If possible I’d give -5 stars The first room I entered, the bed sheets were dirty! So they changed my room! I was tired so just went to sleep! Next morning I woke to bites on my belly. Then, I start looking around better and noticed the bathroom windows weren’t able to lock, making an open possibility for anyone to come in uninvited, There was dirt and mold all around, even the shower head had mold. I even saw fingerprints on the bed headers!!! The room door on the inside was dirty. I left the next day and they still charged me for 2 nights even though I only slept there 1. I booked for 7 days ($180 per night), and they charged me half of the stay, for the “2” days supposedly I stayed. Not to mention that the cleaning lady said they only clean the room every 4 days. Much to show, please look at the pictures!!!!

You get what you pay for.

Only thing my family & I liked were the cleaning staff , kiddie pool and how close it was to the beach. Cleaning staff was very sweet & friendly. The kiddie pool was clean and clear. And the beach is literally only 20-30 feet! The view from the hotel is nice as well!

Front desk was very rude. Elevators smelled like urine. Mold in the microwave and everything in the room was sandy when we got there. Beds were covered in sand. The rooms are very outdated. Also the pool is very dirty. Like I said you get what you pay for I guess. Very disappointed however with how unclean the location was, also how rude the front desk is.

Top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

It was on the beach. Wasnt too rowdy

Room was nasty. Hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. Bathroom was nasty. I think I would have gotten even more dirty if I would have got in that shower. Not enough parking by hotel. Had to park across the street by a gift shop. Dead water bugs u der the edge of bed and under tables. Definately will never be back. If you're thinking about renting a room here, make sure you ask to look at room first before you waste your money. Oh yea forgot about stains on the sheets and pillow cases and towels...looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks.

Overall a decent vacation but probably won’t stay here again.

The pool was great. The air conditioning was very comfortable. Also the bed was a lot more comfortable than we imagined. Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Very old and dated. Only one elevator and it was outside. Saw only two bugs. Breakfast was nothing special.

Cleanliness was a problem, there was actual rust on the pipes along the wall, leaky AC unit, and bathroom door was broken and could not close.

Great location but dirty smelly room!

The Location was great! Amenities we’re good too!

The rooms were dirty! I don’t mind staying in an older facility but it was dirty…bathroom was borderline disgusting and was not stalked with towels, etc…we had to request them both nights! It was a “Non-Smoking” room but the room adjacent to ours was filling our room with the strong odor of marijuana!

Disappointed and Disgusted

It was close it was to the beach.

it was disappointing in every way. The property from the outside to the inside was a disaster. From windows, to walls, to floors anything and everything needed cleaned. The sheets looked and smelled washed but even the bed skirts looked like mold or bleach spots were on them. Black hand prints on walls and doorways, pool and spa was greenish in color. Wall leaked in my room for 2 days, breakfast was same food put out everyday, watered down juices and terrible biscuits. I will never stay here again due to the cleanliness. Anything metal in your room, the lights, the light switches, the faucets, the drawer handles, anything metal at all was rusted.

Comfortable bed. King, oceanfront View is a 10 Little breakfast upstairs is decent. Pools are nice

This place is run down and definitely not the cleanest. It's sad, because maintenance doesn't seem to care about obvious small things.

Grill, beach, pool, location, staff.

Room was dirty... hair from prior guests was on bathroom floor and in tub bed close to door sheets were stained. I've seen breakfasts that really didn't have much but muffins and bagels and cereal and they were more organized and clean set up then this place.

The girl making breakfast didn’t have any thing out couldn’t keep up with the few people there everything was empty even-the juice . The place needs a little maintenance especially around the pool area. Front of the beach needs a new facelift other than that good place

I have stayed at many hotels in Ormond Beach and Daytona. I will never return here.

The breaker was okay. The hot rub was nice.

I did not like how dirty the bathroom was. The shower lost hot water within 10 minutes. I came home and broke out with bed bug bites. My doctor confirmed them. He even suggested getting an attorney because of my reaction I had health wise.

Short beach stay on my way to pompano beach.

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good also the location was great close to restaurants and shopping. I stayed in ormond beach several times sometimes a month at a time, the beach is amazing.

Was not given the room that I booked on line was told at property that third party bookings do not provide the room you see on line. I have never had that problem before so had to upgrade.

Right upon arrival, two other couples were complaining about their rooms being unclean, and in our room there were stains on the floor, the room smelled of mildew and like someone had previously smoked in the room. The headboard had a dried up substance visibly unclean. Overall it looked like the room was never actually cleaned and just restocked
