Super unbalanced value-money relation. Wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Rooms were tiny, a lot of noise, staff is very loud during the morning, room was dirty, plugs didn’t work…

Outdated hotel, too many issues, so one and done for us.

The property is very convenient to Times Square and Broadway Theaters, the staff is nice, but the good it ends there.

We checked in, went to our room and when we opened the door, the room was occupied, very scary! Luckily no one was in the room, but all their stuff was in the room, we left immediately! The front desk staff acted like it was nothing and told us the room just had not been cleaned, even though the room was clearly occupied! How safe are you and your possessions if they make this kind of mistake! We were given a new room, but worried daily about our safety, and the safety of our possessions when we were not in our room. The hotel is very outdated. The lobby is the only nice area. The rugs in the hallways on the floors where the rooms are are filthy and splattered with paint. One day it rained, there were 3-4 plastic containers in the hallway because water was leaking and the plaster was falling off the ceiling. Ice was only available on one floor, making it very inconvenient. There are only 2 elevators that are extremely slow and make a terrible noise when they are moving. One day the elevators both stayed stopped on a floor, we had to use the stairs, we were in the 15th floor, very inconvenient! There were bugs with wings in the shower stall, 10-12 every day. Very loud drilling went on all day, daily on the exterior wall, we were not made aware of this before we booked. This hotel is a one and done for us.

Great value hotel for the location!

Excellent location, very clean rooms!

Had an issue with the first two rooms we were placed in however this was rectified and the rest of the stay was excellent!

I was hoping to make our stays at this hotel an annual event but unfortunately will not be doing so

Location

Two of three front entrance doors were broken, I am disabled and my rollator did not fit through elevator doors, safe stopped working and could not be repaired so I had to carry valuables on me, light of bathroom mirror did not work, lock on bathroom door was broken and did could not be closed (this was repaired during our visit), room was hot even though we lowered thermostat to 58!, there were no bedside electric sockets available for our CPAP machines(we had to unplug phone on my side and coffee maker on my husband's side), then had to plug our cell phone chargers in on desk across room, and lamp on desk did not work. We booked this hotel because we stayed here for our honeymoon 6 years ago and had a lovely time but when checking out after this visit we were informed by staff that the hotel had since been sold and new owners have let the hotel fall into disrepair.

Very disappointed

The location is the only thing that kept me from checking out. We also had a nice gentleman that worked there that got us moved to a different room The first lady was not happy, not helpful and dismissed my complaints because I know she hears them daily.

It is so flipping hot every inch of your body will sweat at night if you are in a room without an outside door or window fan. There ended up being roaches in out room we saw as we were leaving and had to throw out our very expensive donuts from a tour we went on. We were told no wash clothes or hand towel. We were given a piece of paper that had written DND on copy paper when I asked for a sign. Our first room had no coffee maker, ironing board or room to walk around the bed. There were outlets that sparked when used. There were no vending machines, no ice machines and you had to go to one end of the block to simply purchase a water. The elevators were very frustrating and took awhile So if you had your coat on you will be too hot riding on them. I felt very mislead by the description and listed items offered as well as the photos. This is literally the first hotel I never posted a picture from and we didn't want anyone to know the name of it because it was so disappointing.

It’s was clean and good location

Hotel was not as pictured show very run down and lots of damage. Rooms were tiny, hot water took 15 mins to run warm! Staff were very abrupt, we didn’t complain but over heard others complaining and they were quite rude and unhelpful

DO NOT STAY HERE The hotel was awful, we arrived and the entrance was in a night club, we were informed the room we booked wasn't available as they over book the rooms so they gave us a different room in return for $150 off. the hotel is dirty, the room had plug sockets hanging off the wall and a heating unit leaking with a pool of water on the floor. The windows had no blinds and the bed sheets were dirty. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We left after 1 night and were promised a refund which we still await.

Disappointed

Location is great

There were quite a few insects flying in bathroom. The room was far from quiet, you could hear everything going on outside [cars, people, trucks, trash collectors]. The windows were not soundproof nor weather, you could feel the cold coming inside the room through the window. Furniture is old and it's very damaged, night tables were really dirty and shower tiles were dirty. The room in the photos are not the same [they are old and in need of renovations ]

José le réceptionniste était super il a compris le problème et m a trouvé une solution en me donnant une nouvelle chambre malheureusement la seconde chambre était aussi une catastrophe mais il n y ai pour rien

la chambre était juste horrible . robinet de douche cassé, robinet de lavabo cassé, de la crasse noire dans la douche des taches sur la tête de lit et le sol , la clim faisait un bruit affreux, les FENÊTRE sont inutiles, on entends tous les voisins! la chambre était minuscule mais c est vraiment une honte de proposer cette poubelle à 300$ la nuit, il faudrait vite que cet hôtel perde toutes ces étoiles et ferme ses portes c est une poubelle du premier au 15 eme étage . j ai déjà de la peine pour les futurs clients qui vont payer et passer la dedans . c est la 4eme fois que je viens à NYC et pour un 4 étoile j ai été vraiment choquée . une horreur j avais hâte de me barrer de cet endroit

Mid hotel and over priced recommend a nicer hotel or something not so close to time square

Access to time square

The room wasn’t clean. There was an exposed outlet behind the dresser, elevators didn’t work half the time. We didn’t have towels in the room on arrival. Found old food and heavy dust under the bed. Also was a dent in the floor.

Priceline/Booking.com needs to remove this hotel from their listings!!

Other than location this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and the assistance to rectify the problem was nearly non existent.

Broken A/C on first room casing huge puddle on floor, broken bunk bed, broken TV, no answer at desk or housekeeping, whole floor reeked of marijuana. After forced to stay in 1st room the first night… tried another room night 2… broken A/C 85 degrees, no towels again, roach in bathroom. Tried to move us again but next room also had no towels and no A/C. Staff never answered their phone to include when Priceline staff attempted to contact. Fitness room was also out of service. Have now charged me full price for both nights!!

Plenty of hotels in Times Square; look elsewhere.

Proximity to our theater and general location could not be beat. The bed and bath were clean.

Only one elevator worked, barely and slowly. Very low capacity. No temperature control in the room; it was humid and gross our entire stay. Saw a particularly large cockroach in the lobby. Night manager was kind of rude and not very helpful.

Great location but run down and in need of repairs.

The location is very convenient. Easy access to the subway that can take you anywhere and within walking distance of many attractions.

Stayed at this hotel in 2022 and the facility has deteriorated quite a bit since then. We had problems with the A/C and toilet. The elevators were a nightmare to use. The front desk staff barely looks at you and are unfriendly.

for the entire time, one of the two elevators was out of service. Took forever to get out of the hotel, or to my room. The downstairs public restroom was not in good shape at all. The men’s urinal was not in service, and for some strange reason, the door was always propped open. I wish the rooms have been carpeted.

Decent.

The location was great! It was near Times Square and close to everything. Many restaurants nearby opened till late. There were also plenty of NYPD near the area, which made us feel safe.

Most of the time only 1 of the three elevators worked, and the wait could be long. The room was also small, even though we did not expect it to be very big. We had 3 suitcases and the space was tight.
