Staff were very helpful, room was great value for location and room size. Good size for 1 person, 2 people if you’re on

Location was great and within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway, and other attractions. Employees were very helpful with check in, check out, and stowing luggage after checkout until needed it.

While I was there one of the two elevators were out of order which delayed me slightly, but stairs were in service. Elevators are too small to fit more than 3 people with luggage so wait times for elevator fluctuated.

Customer service was unmatched!

Ivory and Raquel were instrumental to providing us a great stay! The 2 working the front desk always greeted us with a positive attitude and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. Would return to the property for the two of them! The hotel provided us with reusable/refillable water bottles and the lobby had a great lounge with tea and coffee definitely a perk.

We booked after seeing pictures of the room, aware that it might be small and tight- and it was compared to an average hotel room BUT it was bigger than we were expecting. AC was a little difficult to understand but we figured it out after playing with it for a while.

Excelente ubicación. Agua purificada disponible gratuitamente en cada piso y en el lobby, qué también ofrece café y te todo el dia, gratis, para simplificarte parte del dia a dia en la gran manzana. Consigna de equipaje

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero lo normal de NYC. Las alfombras de la habitaciones dan cuenta que necesitan una remodelación urgente. Pero por su ubicación, y su relación calidad y precio, volvería.

Close and convenient, cheapest price for the location along with comfy bed and and sleeper sofa.

The location was great for our trip to the Rockettes, very close. Loved the Kcups provided in the room and the great coffee bar downstairs. It was also nice after a crazy day out and about to stop by the bar for a quiet nightcap. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed.

Very pleased with our entire experience.

Great location! Renovated rooms with everything you’d need for a city break. Super convenient for any stay in Manhattan.

Great location.

I like the location.It’s in the middle of main attractions. 5 mins walk to Times Square, 10 mins walk to Grand Central and 15mins walk yo Central Park.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto da Times Square, metro, lojas, enfim, muito bom de localização. O banheiro tinha um chuveiro maravilhoso. Renovava as energias após um longo dia de passeio. Tem água e café de graça o tempo inteiro.

Achei a cama um pouco pequena para um casal, mas nada que atrapalhasse muito nosso sono. Do mais, tudo ok.

The location was great. The room was clean.

The room was small. Walls were thin so I could hear if the next room had water running or toilet flushing. My room was across from an elevator so all night I kept waking up to the sound.

Very ordinary and certainly not worth the money we paid

It was in a good position

The room was so tiny and dark. Only one window and it looked at a brick wall. Could hardly swing a cat in the room. Also the water machine on our floor was not working.

I recently had the unfortunate misfortune of staying at the club quarters hotel and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This hotel is undoubtedly the epitome of disappointment, and I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against staying here. First and foremost, the room I was assigned to was the size of a shoebox. I felt like I was trapped in a tiny, claustrophobic space with barely any room to move around. The lack of space made it impossible to even unpack my luggage properly, let alone relax comfortably. But the abysmal room size was not the only issue that left me steaming with frustration. There was no fridge in the room, which I consider an absolute standard amenity for any decent hotel. It's baffling how the management could overlook such a fundamental convenience. Not having a fridge meant I couldn't store any perishable items or even have a cold drink on hand after enduring the scorching temperatures outside. This lack of consideration for the guests' needs is inexcusable.
