Everything. I have stayed here before. It is the absolute best bargain on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Beautiful hotel with great locations and amenities.

Our room was excellent, and I loved our ocean view with balcony. The pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed eating from the bar menu on Friday. The bellhops/valet guys were outstanding!

Our breakfast Saturday morning was just ok.

1. The hotel overbooked our room so we were not given the room we booked via your website 2. The room we were given was filthy, we were bitten by fleas or bedbugs 3. No entry to the balcony from the main doors, the lock was broken 4. No remote control for any TV was provided for our stay 5. The front desk staff were rude and abrupt 6. We were double charged when we checked out, I've still not got my money back. 7. No manager is ever available and my emails requesting my money that was overcharged are ignored.

Die Buchung wurde über Booking.com komplett (incl. Steuern) im Voraus bezahlt. Weitere Kosten waren bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. In einer Nachricht NACH der Buchung wird eine "Ressort Fee" i.H.v. knapp 50$ angekündigt. Des Weiteren hat das Hotel nachträglich selbst darüber hinaus Beträge von der Kreditkarten abgebucht, die teilweise die ursprünglichen Zimmerpreise noch übertroffen haben. Ohne Grundlage oder auch nur Ankündigung. Anfragen bzgl. der vor Ort schon ersichtlichen Reservierungen auf der Kreditkarte wurden abgewiegelt. Das solle aufgelöst werden, wenn nicht sollen wir anrufen. Beim Anrufversuch meines Kollegen ging keiner ans Telefon.

Didnt have breakfast at the hotel and thought the food was average overall. Lack of room service disappointing. Spa booking inefficient - difficult to book, calls not returned and systems went down delaying booking. Found the staff generally across the board lacking warmth, friendliness and interest in your stay compared to other hotels. Unnecessarily unpleasant end to stay when you are called and told that you are going to be charged hundreds of dollars if you check out late and on top of that are told that you should have specifically asked about late check out fees because it is hotel policy to deliberately not communicate this - really poor attitude and customer experience.

The location is in front of the beach.

There were cockroaches in the room. I rented a beachfront suite, very spacious for my whole family. On the day I arrived, I was given a completely different and smaller room. The excuse given at the reception was that they gave me that room because it was the one they had ready. If I hadn't complained, I would have stayed in a smaller and lower quality room than the one I paid for. After they changed my room (due to my complaint), the room they gave me had cockroaches. They changed my room again, but to a much smaller one than the first. I spent my second and last night there. I had to switch to another hotel. They charged my credit card more than once (double charged for the stay), although they refunded the money later. There was a poor management issue during check-in. I've been trying to reach the manager since the first day, but she doesn't answer my calls, nor does she respond to my emails. They simply refused to provide any kind of solution. If you have another option for accommodation, I recommend choosing a different hotel than this one.

We like everything about this hotel. It was a warm and welcoming environment. Staff were very friendly and professional. Not to mention, the valey parking crew is kind, friendly, and very professional. Evertime we ment with them they make us feel welcoming, special and appreciated. They always greet, say thank you, open the door for you, and wish you a nice day. That made our day better and put a smile on our faces. Thanks to the valey parking staff once more for making us feel so welcome. Beautiful environment to go have a enjoying a relaxing trip. Could not ask for anything better.

Breakfast was missing from the package. You have to pay an additional fee for breakfast to be included.

Location was great. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and Chris and King at the pool bar were awesome.

One elevator was still not working so it took a minute to get up and down. No bar service on the beach so we had to get up and go into hotel everytime we wanted a drink or food

Great view and ocean breeze

The water in the sink shower and tub was discolored because no water had been run thru the pipes. Also the cleaning lady in the lobby had to go get the check in employee after we waited 5 minutes as there was not an employee on duty at the check in desk

Very clean and room was so comfortable. Beach was great and it was nice to have chairs, towels and a couple of complimentary bottles of water. Nice location in the middle of ft lauderdale.

Large room with full kitchen, large bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. Balcony with beautiful view looking at ocean and over the pool.

It has been 5 days since our stay and we have STILL NOT received or seen a billing statement and see exactly what we were charged for the one night stay. All that is showing in our account was the incidental charge still pending. Unfortunately, we did have to check out very early to catch a flight home (3:00AM) but I would have expected a bill emailed to me within a day or two (which is what the Concierge told us to expect).

Our room was great, surprisingly big and spacious. We visited the pool daily and never had any problem finding chairs. The beach was very convenient, located directly across the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location. All in all, a super relaxing vacation.
