Perfect stay

Breakfast was perfect and it was an excellent desicion to get rid of the carpet. I hope you get the same concept in every hotel, couse it was clener.

Price was reasonable, location was great, Staff were friendly, everything else was meh.

Staff were friendly. Room was pretty clean. Breakfast was okay.

The room smelled strongly of bleach. The bed made a super loud creaking metal on metal screech every time either of us moved. There were birds living in the light fixtures outside our room. We were about 100 yards from the freeway and our room was on the freeway side of the property. It got pretty loud. We could hear our upstairs neighbor moving around. It sounded like he was playing tennis.

If you want a restful night, don't stop in Benson

The staff were pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the room was a good size. and quite clean. They do serve a cooked breakfast but we didn't stop to try.

Not the hotel's fault but the freight trains run by all night and beep their horn going thru the town. Even a good pair of earplugs won't stop the noise and you'd have the same issue at any motel in town. Also a large truck parked in the motel car park outside the block we were in for a couple of hours from about 4am with its engine running and some other noisy thing on plus lights. I mistakenly thought they would park in a truck park. In the room itself, there was no tv reception and the microwave didn't turn when on.

too close to a busy all night highway, trucks using engine brakes all night.

for the price I expected better!

shower and toilet both leaked water and the clothes I left on the floor got soaked. the trains and more trains probably 30 of the that night.

Rooms feel like a mothel.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are rather run down, and not worth the price hotels asks you to pay.

This hotel was right where I needed it to be. Close to the job site with enough restaurants close by

Breakfast was great as was the staff. Room was clean and the property well maintained. Thank You!

The only complaint I have was the door to my room. Fix the damn door on room 102! :)

Not Great

Called early for a room, but arrived late... they gave us a smoking room that reaked of cigarette smoke, it was horrible! The bed was old and not great. There was a random hanging lamp with no table under it, banged head more than once. HVAC extremely noisey on heat, had to leave on cold to sleep...in winter!

Very good

Location very convenient to everything, and breakfast was awesome!

The hot water in the shower was slow to start. And the bath ran very slow, needs more water pressure.

Sleepless! I stayed here many times before 3rd time this has happened told them at checkout

I got less than 4hrs sleep..!!! I checked In late 4:15 am planned on sleeping until check out 8:20am loud knocking on the door n loud shout of of room survice

Quick on/ off highway, price is right

Quick on off highway, cute rock garden sit areas in front of rooms. Beds nice. Rooms modernized, floors updated tile.
