They didn’t clean daily, no new towels or bed making

Front desk manager was excellent. She corrected the issue and was very pleasant.
Checked in at 3 to be told in a 17 floor hotel that our 2 rooms would not be ready till 4-430. Meanwhile all the people in front of us all got their rooms upon their check in. The woman at the desk was extremely rude and basically told me because I booked through a 3rd party that I would have to wait while they saved rooms for Hilton honor members!!! I paid for the rooms upfront!

Close to downtown and Huntington convention center.
Staff, reception and counter no friendly
They didn't help me when I had problems with the air conditioning in the room. She told me to go down the stairs and go to the maintenance area.
I told her that was her job, but thanks anyway for the service, even she attended to another couple who was behind me before. Completely disappointed with the staff.

Location & morning supervisor
My entire stay- I could not get into my room. None of the keys worked & staff had to keep letting me in my room with the master key. I also had to walk down 16 flights of steps because the cheerleading competition people were holding the elevator up.The morning supervisor was so helpful and she would be the only reason I would ever book there again.

Our hotel was filthy. I told the from receptionist when I went to get towels and I wasn’t even acknowledged. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned used towels and wash cloths left behind and trash in the bins. Also, towels were not delivered as said. I had to go down again and ask.

Location was good. Close to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and downtown.
Room was old, smelled musty, and needed fresh paint and updating. The tub was rusty around the drain. Very disappointing for an expensive hotel.

The only two things that we did like about the hotel was the 2nd day were were there, the front desk agent was very helpful and courteous. The 2nd thing was the bartender/waitress (her name was Vanessa) in the Bar & Grill was probably the best service person I have every dealt with. She was friendly and very accommodating!
After paying $200 per night for the room, I was surprised to find that onsite parking was an additional $25.00 per day! In addition to that, when we first checked in, the front desk agent didn't really know much. We had parked in front of the hotel and he said that we could park there overnight, but we had to move it in the morning or feed the meter, but he couldn't tell us how much it would cost for the meter or any other details on parking. And finally, when we called to leave a wake up call for the next morning, they never called. When questioned they said they didn't actually call, just beeped the phone once.

The hostess, Tosha, was amazing. She made checking in fun and was very informative of restaurants and activities. The Shuttle was great and the driver, Carl, was also amazing! He was so funny and a pleasure to hangout with! He's a great driver too!!!
Everything was clean, and the staff was great. We felt the weekend room costs per night was a little on the high side. We were also shocked to pay for parking in the hotel garage.

for the third time, we were not given the accessible room I reserved, and had to wait over an hour for an appropriate room to be cleaned and made available. no compensation for our inconvenience was offered until we requested it.
