It was good for what we needed. Not impressed but not disappointed.

It was half way in between my destinations. There were shops and food close by. The elevators were running good. I liked the desk. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was strange and split into two closets - one with a toilet and sink and another with a shower and a sink with a counter top.

BREAKFAST WAS ON POINT AND THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL ALONG WITH THE INFORMATION ABOUT GRADUATION

Nice size rooms I would stay again but I would not get the breakfast.

Reviews online regarding breakfast made it sound like they had a large variety of hot breakfast items. They only had eggs & sausages along with make yourself waffles. I expected potatoes and cut fruit. I hate carpet I wish the guest rooms didn’t have carpet.

Better management needed.

Hotel was easy to get to.

Overcrowded. Some rooms had 10 people staying in them. Very loud, lots of weed being smoked. Could not park in hotel lot. Indoor pool was disgusting. Housekeeping started knocking on doors at 8:30 am and continued multiple times. Hotel ran out of towels due to large groups staying in multiple rooms. No hot water.

Superb staff service. Very professional staff

Needs repair. Sink was cracked. Lampshades dirty. Carpet in room didn’t seem very clean.

AMAZING!

The room was clean and spacious and well stocked. The ladies that made the breakfast were so nice and thoughtful. Lupita checked us in and Kenya checked us out, amazing staff this hotel has. We will be staying here next year!

Hotel swimming facility is filthy and it could get very lousy.

The room was super spacious and pretty clean! A lot of parking and free! The receptionist Elvia I can't remember her name but she was very lovely and friendly upon check in.

The facility was and felt dirty. Went to the pool to check it out and it the water looked very dirty, and it smelled dirty. Had to request more towels we are a family of 5 and only 2 bath towels were provided. It was very lousy! To the point that my kids had a hard time falling asleep. The hotel is across from a music venue and we heard the very loud music in our room until 3 am!! Also all the door slamming happening on our floor kept waking up the kids. Breakfast was included in our stay, a milk we grabbed was spoiled and ruined our breakfast. Upon checking out I had to wait around for 5 mins because no one was at the reception desk, once the lady came out from I suppose is their back room she was very blah, can tell she wasn't in the mood.

the rooms were very clean and nice

the reservation process, you guys charged us twice and dont want to do anything to fix it or make it right.. the problem is between the hotel and booking.com but the customer pays the price for it.. for that i will never use booking.com again.

Enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect and not far from PIR graduation. Walmart is directly across the street and alot of eating places in same square. The hotel staff is friendly and hotel breakfast is good. The pool is a little cold but other than that I have no complaints. We will definitely book again next time we are at great lakes!

Water needs to be warmer in the pool.

The hotel is good if you don’t intend to spend much time at the hotel.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious. The location is great. Nice common area by check-in.

Room service only comes every other day, which is ok but I didn’t know that when I checked in. The hotel ran out of extra towels. The shower is nice but the door leaked and kinda flooded the floor which I had to use my spare towels to wipe it up. The streaming tv is a cool idea but the bandwidth could not keep up with it and kept freezing so I could not stream any movies. The bed was lumpy.

Fix your payment system. Other then that it was awesome.

The stay was awesome. Mrs Lisa was awesome with trying to help me sort out my situation with my payment methods.

My card was charged 4 times for different amounts. The night auditor Nathan was rude and acted as if he didn’t care. I requested corporate office number and he told me they didn’t have one. Definitely needs to work on his customer service skills.

Good value for the money- nice staff and clean hotel

The beds was big and very comfy. Big room, quiet and safe. Parking outside. Easy access to Wallmart and LA fitness, just few meters away. Loved it! OKay breakfast. Good to be an american brekfast... I like NOrwegian breafast better , but this was good :)

The Fitness room was not so inspiring :) I was happy with everything else

Superb

We had the king-size suite. Very spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious.

Their pillows were very flat, and i had to use 3 to get the right height. The bathroom and shower room didn't have locks on the doors.

Hotel should focus on keeping up enough supplies for guests. Housekeepers should wipe down dirty walls in the rooms.

The hotel was nice.

We had a towel issue every time we needed towels or toilet paper we had to go down to the front desk. Also, there was a couple nights, I had to wait until 6 am for housekeeping to get towels, so that was very inconvenient not having your necessities for use. The walls in my room were also dirty.
